I am on MPJ24.139-63 Moto G4 Plus XT1643 variant. I want to go back to previous build i.e. 139-23.1 how do I do that?? Please help..

If you want to install these kind of roms then try only those who have the same build architecture( such as x64 ,x86 or another) as your phone .

Moto G Turbo - merlin
They share a line name (Moto G) and many common features, but for the most part they are different devices. Unless a ROM dev has an all in one ROM that is specifically stated as working on both devices (and I don't know of any), only use ROMs, recovery, mods, etc. that are specifically for the Merlin.
Is there any way we can have LTE/Volte support on xt1033 moto g falcon?
The XT1033 does not have the physical hardware required for LTE connectivity, so unfortunately it will never be able to.

The information at Qualcomm suggests that the xt1033 is equipped with a SOC (MSM8926) having support for LTE (Category 4)

Sorry for that but moto g xt1033 has msm8226 , msm8228 and msm8626 (snapdragon 400) does not support LTE where as msm8926(also snapdragon 400) supports LTE
