Red X boot animation

Does anybody have a working copy of an all red Nexus One boot animation. I thought I saw one online somewhere a while ago but I since can't find it. The closest thing I found was this.

But for some reason after I pushed it to /system/media there was only a black screen for a boot animation.
push it to /data/local
my "bootanimation.zip" is located in system/media
Yeah my animation is in /system/media as well. Ok I was able to successfully change to red rage but it didn't look good on the X's huge screen.

Splash and Boot Animation

Are there any guides to changing this/creating your own for the Thunderbolt?
this is for changing your splash screen... there is a few decent ones already in here...

as far as the boot animation I dont know how to create one but I know how to install one... you just need to find the file and over write it with the new one(using root explorer or something like it)... its in system/customize/resource as vzw_bootanimation.zip ... and the sound file is finalthunder.mp3

Nexus S/Nexus One Boot Animation

Hey everyone, I just put the Nexus S/Nexus One boot animation on my G2X and I must say it looks really nice, and it also goes well with the phone because of the 'X' in G2X. To apply it you need to be rooted. Simply put the zip file on your SDcard, rename the file to 'bootanimation.zip' (without quotes), and copy it to /system/media/ using root explorer or ADB. I'll attach the boot animation below.
NOTE: You will have to delete the old boot animation in /system/media/. I backed mine up by renaming it to bootanimation.zip.bak.
Just tried it and works, except this is the old school "Android." Logo. I thought this would be the nice Nexus X logo.

[Boot Animation] CyanogenMod9 official boot animation for MDPI (320x480) devices.

Hello everyone!
I've made my first boot animation for MDPI devices. I tried to made nice-looking light boot animation to some older devices as my Xperia X8 or LG GT-540. The result isn't great but it looks nice
There are two versions:
bootanimation.zip - copy this file to system/media and replace current bootanimation
update-CM9-Bootanimation-320x480.zip - ClockworkMod update (much easier to apply)
Remember to copy old one! And this might brick your device. as all stuff here
Here's the look of official boot animation.

I think that I put this in wrong section. Sorry for that ;] Could someone move this to correct one?

Hi there: silly question: can i use it if i don't have CyanogenMod? am using my stock rom (am waiting for the stable CM9 release for my phone )
*UPDATED*
I think i don't even have a bootanimation.zip in my phone... i searched in the entire root and nothing...
I've never changed a boot animation in any of my phones, so i'm kind of lost here
Look's good! But on LG-P500 it small lagging)
copied the zip to the sdcard, flashed it with cwm recovery but I still have the normal android boot animation...

The zip it's no to be flashed... you have to put it in your phone inner memory "/system/media" folder (if you haver another bootanimation.zip there, rename it just in case)
And that's it
There are 2 archives in the first post - one to be flashed with cwm recovery and one to be put directly in /system/media , none of them worked until I copied the bootanimation.zip in /data/local also. Now it works, but the quality of the gif is very very bad..much wore than the old cm7 animation.

Boot animation

Hello! Earlier I installed the Xperia X boot animation by replacing the original bootanimation.zip with it, I also put the permissions to rw r r, however the boot animation didn't change at all! The file has been replaced but when I reboot, the phone shows the original one.
Any idea about that?
