That's awesome, thanks for letting us know, been waiting to see that. Now after seeing it, I'm sure of what I assumed, that the OEM/Verizon kickstand case is a much better case. It has a kickstand you can use in portrait and landscape, it provides good grip on the back of the phone, it fits very tightly and is durable plastic, and it barely goes over the front of the phone at all leaving the phone quite thin.
Innocases are what I used on my last 3 phones, and the soft touch/rubberized feel is nice (the kickstand case is rubberized but not as much), but, they are relatively brittle, they bulk up the phone a good deal by covering all sides and the front, and they don't have kickstands. I can't imagine not having a kickstand now after having one. But perhaps most important, is the cost? The kickstand cases are brand new on ebay for $12 shipped. innocases are going to run you $30 + shipping.
edit: Seidio's holsters are awesome though, best I've ever used. but I know a lot of people don't use a holster, and you can't with the kickstand case on anyways. I suggested a pouch to go with the kickstand case in my thread about it in this forum.

I bought this case. It's really nice. However it makes my phone look exactly like an Iphone. You've probably seen this case on plenty of Iphones - it is essentially identical. The case its relatively thin, but certainly adds to the phone's size. It's probably about as thin as you're going to get for a case though (aside from using an invisible sheild type skin ). Quality is great. I love the case, the added size is fine because the case is still pretty sleek looking - And well worth the $30 investment to protect such an expensive phone. Lets not forget, samsung is notorious for bad build quality.

They are about the best cases out. Not too much bulk and the rubberized finish is a nice touch. Best Buy had them in black and white. They are labeled as the Seidio platinum series on retail shelves.

ok so i just got this case.. its pretty sweet! only one thing i dont like and i can't beleive no one else mentioned this, the power and volume rockers are kinda blocked off in a way that makes it a lil tough for your thumb to get too
I just got this case today in black..weird that Best Buy lists the white case at 29.99 but the black case at 34.99..weird, not exactly sure why the black costs more. Anyways, I will have some pretty detailed pictures tonight!
No pics, my camera is bummy..but I love the case. Fits perfectly and I don't mind it making the buttons more difficult to press. I have sausage fingers anyway so it feels better to me

looking forward to it.. My otterbox is cool and all but it is a pocket lint maget and from what I heard seido cases don't have this problem... It also looks like much better protection

Got my seido Active X w/holster in yesterday... I'm loving it, it looks way better than the otterbox, it provides more grip, you can actually see all the glass, and it doesn't block half the speaker on the back.. Glad I ordered it..

I would love to help you out but unfortunately my point and shoot camera broke about 2 weeks ago... so the only camera I have now is my cellphone
I'm pretty sure someone posted some pics already somewhere in here with the seido active X case..

Received this message "Coupon code "XMAS15" is not valid. The coupon expired on Sun Dec 19 00:00:00 PST 2010", so it appears the code has expired. Will wait for other colors now.
Just to update everyone, I had a Platinum case (Innocase) from Best Buy. I returned it because the bottom part had become unreasonably loose. Waiting for Bestbuy.com to get the Otterbox back in stock. I'm currently using the "carbon fiber" looking case from Verizon.

The Case feels great in my hand. It is grippy...very grippy. The Silicone Rubber feels and smells great!
The Plastic 2nd Layer also fits securely on the device and adds a degree of protection for drops on the corners.
There is a lift off the front of the screen so placing the phone face down shall not yield any problems.
There is a built in kick stand. it feels a little wiggly if you tap on it while holding the device but not noticeable unless you OD on it like i just did.
I actually just dropped the phone right after putting the case on from about 3.5 feet no a mark or blemish.
The case is also very attractive to me I love the all black dark minimalist look.
All cutouts are perfect and no screen protector LIFT!!!
DEFINITELY A COMPARABLE CASE TO THE OTTERBOX COMMUTER(nonexistent for nexus 4) ...i actually love this case a little more than i did my otterbox on my sensation
Wireless Charging works but you have to remove the hard outer shell you can leave the silicon on.

The buttons are smooth but they can definitely be felt. They are rubber so it is very easy to press the power button no difficulty at all. I actually own the diztronic and the pressing of the power butting feels better with this case.
The case is actually very light VERY :good:. it is barely any thicker than the TPU diztronic
The stand is useful is you like to watch movies or basically prop your phone up. It does a great job holding the phone sturdily on the surface it is on. very easy to open and close.

It really does!! I like the design....and it holds well with drops thinking about getting the red one so I can match! Lol
Just got mine in a few days ago and love it!
The kickstand feels much more sturdy than what I was expecting, and the added thickness of the case actually helps it lie more naturally in the hand, IMO. I've actually found the buttons to be much easier to press than either the Poetic bumper or naked, and the rugged design is striking yet minimalistic. Definitely worth the price of entry.

This case has a similar design, but the inner layer is made out of TPU instead of silicone.

Not to answer for him, but having the official bumper twice and both times selling them because I just didn't like the functionality of it. Comparing both, the Rearth is like any tpu case out there just a clear back, where the official bumper makes the phone a bit wider to my personal preference.

It does make the phone quite a bit thicker than the official bumper. Still feels good to use though.

Great review, I've been using the case for about a week now and when I finally took it off I remembered how much easier the buttons were to press. If they could fix them this case would be amazing. I wish my plastic was as clear as yours, mine looks "foggy" even after removing the screen protectors.

They seem to pick up grease very quickly which gives a foggy effect. Try using window cleaner on it.

Another user used Meguiar's NXT car wax. Just a little dab on the front and back and it looked shiny and new again! LOL.
Would it be too much If I asked If you could measure the total width of the phone with the case on? Just to get a better picture of how much it adds on the sides as in the videos and photos it doesn't look more than 1.5-2mm.

Yeah it's like a really thin case for me since i'm really careful, i've only dropped the phone like 3~4 times in a year that i have it now and a few corners of the skin got bent so i cutted with a razor so it won't lift up the whole part getting the phone in and out the pockets and so...
And try to read the instructions really carefully before aplying.

As the title says, im looking for a simple case with a textured feel to it. Any ideas? Not a fan of the feel of the smooth plastic that most of the slim cases out there feel like.

It has a slight bump, but the bump is at the curved edges, so the edges compensate most of the bump (I really hope you could understand what I want to say :laugh:, I tried my best :laugh. There's still very little "bump", but anyway, it's never a good idea to leave the phone screen down .

Looks exactly like the type of feel i was going for, Thanks! Was about to get the nillkin frosted shield. My only concern is that it doesn't seem to be well known among the n4 users since everyone usually talks about ringke, nillkin or poetic. I will look for some reviews
