Eh, I am a huge fan of the G4 leather back with the texure and tasteful seam, but this one looks kinda plain.
It would be nice to have a some replaceable back cover options. The phone has class but the current back cover kills it.

I bought the same one but in red. Loved it at first. Then it started turning black in the corners. It was cheap so you get what you pay for.
Yeah it is cheap..
I noticed the plastic color isnt the same as the devise. But for the price its not bad. Im waiting for a real leather back to become available.

it looks nice but too shiny and kinky fro me. I just ordered the blue one and paid an extra £12.50 for special delivery. They reckon 2-4 days. They are based in Hong Kong and am in London.

Nice, I was looking at the Seidio Snap. It looks a little bit better. I liked the smooth and simple back of the Ultra-Case however.

Just bought one. I like the looks of it.
i pass..looks like a fingerprint magnet. I have a hard enough time keeping the screen clean.

How thick is that case though? I want the thinnest case possible without going the zagg/bodyshield route personally.

Just an FYI. Ultra Case's "The One" case can be found on ebay for around 5 bucks instead of the ridiculous 20 they want on their web site. It wouldn't surprise me if this "black" case is on ebay too.

Thats not the same case from Ultra-case I should be getting the real one this week and I will post some pics. The one in your link is a soft plastic and the Ultra-case is a hard plastic snap-on that only covers the back of the phone and also doesn't cover really any of the bottom, look again. http://www.ultra-case.com/product.php?pID=449

The point I was making is ultra case is selling a $3 case for 20 bucks and it wouldn't surprise me if their "Black" case shows up on ebay for a few bucks too. I already have a nice, blue hard shell case that offers more than just covering the phone's back for 20 bucks.
Has anyone heard of this case? I'm thinking of ordering it...but the fact I've never heard of them worries me.
Anyone have any info on this brand?

I would just buy the ringke case. Ships sooner, a bit cheaper, and doesn't have that ugly logo on the bottom (not sure if that's on the actual case or just a watermark)

It looks like the they changed the date. I remember it saying December 1st, now it's the 7th. Who knew designing plastic and rubber cases would take so long.
Hey guys.
Received my Poetic bumper case today and I'm really enjoying it. Currently I have 3 cases, the official bumper case, the rearth ringke and the poetic borderline (aka bumper).
So far I really like this case, and in a TL;DR version, I think I'm going to use this case over the other two. The reason I like this case it that it shows off the unique Nexus 4 backplate while still offering some degree of protection. You'll see in the photos below that there is a small, yet noticeable raise on the sides of the case to prevent the phone from coming into contact with any flat object. I think I'll be choosing this case over the official bumper because this bumper case a slimmer profile and adds less bulk. My first impression with the official case is that it made the phone harder to hold (for me personally).
The covers for the buttons work well and I enjoy the feel of the case overall. The price I got this for (right around $6) and the quality make this case feel like a total steal.

I just received mine yesterday, and today i realized it was uneven, it turns out there is a rip on the top left corner, i don't how it happened or what caused it, because i didn't drop it or anything. I contacted costumer service and waiting for a reply. But I really do like the look and feel of this case

The flash on my camera made the gray look lighter than it normally appears. I honestly don't mind it, and if you're in a financial position to be able to gamble $9 I would say try it out.

I already bought it, $9 isn't a problem. Just prefer the black/black color setup.
I've taken a look at numerous amounts of pictures. It looks good, just wish grey was black but we'll see how this turns out. Only because I want to show off the back
Got mine today. It really is very nice. I actually like it more than the official bumper. It's very nice, slimmer and doesn't have the double bezel like the official bumper. Also, it didn't lift up my best skins ever back protector or screen protector.

Just ordered my poetic bumper off ebay and now I'm looking to get a full body XO skin. Could anyone suggest either the regular XO cut or the case cut?
Does it make the phone less slippery? My other cases are not good for wireless charging
And in 2-4 weeks you'll all be signing a different tune when it starts peeling apart. It's a good case until then though. I had two that both starting falling apart so I got my money back and went with the official bumper.
That looks even bigger than Google's bumper. And I couldn't use one without some back protection. I love my Fosmon(?) TPU case.

Hello fellow N4 owners, I have seen many reviews of the poetic bumpers but had not seen any for this particular one i found on Amazon

Just got mine in the mail and put it on. It's really nice. I can't compare it to the Google bumper as I've never used or seen one. But this one is good. The buttons work well, the cutouts are perfect, and I don't feel like I'm going to break my phone.

if you cant decide then it means you should get both. its a good ideal to have a case that protects the back on days you need more protection.
for those that have the bumper, does it look like the plastic will peal from the rubber layer? also i read some amazon reviews that people were saying some 3.5mm audio jacks dont fit with the case. Can anyone confirm this?
I just received mine yesterday...I like it...though it's way too smooth and slides out my hands easily...I'll probably buy a Poetic and the official one too, or wait a bit more and see what else comes out for it.

The official will feel like the replica so you'd be better off not buying the official one if this one is not of your liking.
I ordered this a few days ago. Abacus24-7 sent the wrong item and I received a folio case. When contacted, they responded very quickly saying they would send the right item and haven't asked me to send back the wrong one. So....I can't say anything about the bumper yet but the customer service is very good so far.

Just got mine, and I really like it, The buttons are actually better with the bumpers that they are normally. I have a Ringke Slim that I was using that was excellent so it feels a bit wide, but I'll get used to it.

your not the only one, i got a leather wallet case instead of the bumper. they said they will send me one next week when the new batch comes. Im happy with their customer service so far too
