High Capacity Battery - Redmi Note 2 Accessories

There exists a high capacity battery for the redmi note with 3600mAh capacity:
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/3600...for-Xiaomi-BM42-BATTERY-FREE/32361094384.html
Does there also exist such a battery for the redmi note 2?

This is fake, so you don't need to look for something like this.

Read the comments of buyers battery of the same manufacturer but for another phone:
http://ru.aliexpress.com/item/New-m...-Z10-Dock-station-Deskcharger/2033311400.html
Listed capacity - 5000MAh.
Good quality, but not real 4950 capacity. IMHO, about 3500-3700 real mah. But much better, than stock battery.

Try to put in a 2L bottle 2,5L... No way

Exactly. If it has higher mAh capacity, it has to be physically bigger and heavier, as long as it uses the same technology, which they all do. Full of fakes.

You can put 10kg on a bottle of 2lt.This is not a think to stay.It depens of technology and not of physics. The battery of our phones before 60years was a 5x5m room. The battery of nasa has capacity for 10 years.

is it fake battery?

I suggest you buy the xiaomi power bank 10000mAh. the reason is, the 10000mAh model is compact and can refill your redmi note 2 3 times , it has 90% + conversion rate, i have one already and i can assure you u wont bother with spare battaries anymore.
Keep in mind that the 10000mAh is the latest and not the 10400mAh .
There are also reviews on the internet about the xiaomi power bank 10000 as well as the other 2 models 16000mAh and 5000
This is where i got my power bank:
http://www.vickmall.com/original-xi...s6-edge-plus-htc-one-m9-tablet-phone-etc.html

This reeks of so much fake.
Just buy a Xiaomi power bank. Much more cost-effective.

maybe some manufacturer could make a battery with more mAh (4/5000 mAh) and bigger, so you can use it with a bigger battery cover
I think I could buuy it!

Samsung 1800 mAh EB625152VABSTD

According some sources, this battery should fit our Galaxy S? Would love to find a shop located in EU to order from.

interesting. according to http://blog.sunpowtech.com/2011/09/05/samsung-hercules-sgh-t989-battery-eb625152va/ this is .5mm bigger than the stock battery. Whether that will cause any trouble with the back cover I'm not sure.. but I'm guessing it will fit without too much trouble.
Can you please share your sources which say it should fit???
1800 is 20% larger than the 1500 stock battery, so if you get around 3hrs display time (as I do with my battery - which i must add is quite old), then you'd get an extra 30 mins display time (and a lot more standby time).
This is a pretty decent increase unlike the 1650ma armani batt (only 10% increase).

What do you think?
I don't trust non branded or B brand batteries.
Just go for an Anker or Momax battery, good quality and about 3x as cheap.
Is there anybody that try the Samsung 1800 mAh battery in a Galaxy S?
Would love to know this too..

Theres a bunch of different variants of the S2. This is the epic S2 (from US carrier Sprint). Apparatntly the dimensions and some user posts indicate that it is likely to fit.
I think only the Epic 4G S2 uses the 1800mAh batteries. Went to a few samsung mobile phone stores and all of them are selling the 1650mAh battery (same one used on SGSL) If someone could get a link which sells the exact original samsung battery that would be great

heheh. Well here it is. Working absolutely fine so far! . It came with 48% charge so I'm just charging it up now.
As we already know, it is ever so slightly thicker than the standard batt, but it still seems to fit fine with both my original and third party back cover. It is also slightly heavier than the original (enough to be noticable with your bare hands).
Here are some pics.. nothing exciting..

Samsung extended battery 2000 mah

Here is the 2000 MAH Battery I have in my i9103. It is for the SII but works also for us. You need to use a protective cover instead of the standard i9103 cover because the battery is larger.

This one I have is "just" 2000 mah and is from Samsung Korea so it is expensive but it has 2000 mah.
Other non-brand batteries that claim 4000 mah, maybe not even have 2000 mah.
I bought a cheap battery and after dropping it on the floor from 1 meter it wont work anymore. A lot of cheap low quality stuff out there that promises very high capacity.
But the idea with the gold is new. hehe
where can i get that protective cover for the new extended battery???

You take any cover for i9103, better if it is a hard one.
The protective covers are bigger then the phone, because they are put over the phone, so if you remove the original phone cover and put a protective cover, you can use the bigger battery.
Can somoene tell me where in poland I can bou bigger batteries? :>
thanks!!!
now i get it.....
Do Galaxy S II and Galaxy R have same battery model and capacity. Can we use the galaxy S II battery in R
Now I am use the external battery(like 5000 mah battery) to charge my i-9103 device, the battery can charge twice up to i-9103.

There is a "quality version" of this mega battery from Mugen, it has very good reviews but it is expensive, 80$ ... Another brand with very good feedbacks is Anker, this one isn't expensive, they have a 1900mAh model very cheap and better than the original one.
I am wondering how is it possible that we hadn't advanced a single step in batteries tech for quite some time... The only choice to increase mAh is making it bigger? There isn't any way of installing a different and more eficient type?
I read frequently about this and that progress achieved in labs, but in the market there's nothing new.
I know that we'll not get nano carbon tubules any time soon but, for example, Toshiba announced some time ago some kind of methanol cells that will last weeks, this is not so NASA related technology... Maybe there are some kind of interests from the big companies buy I dont imagine what and why?

I received my EC Technology 2800mah for my S4 last week, bought from Amazon US for a very nice price of 9$ only
It's not NFC ready.
It has the same dimensions as the stock 2600mah from Samsung though with an extra 200mah and a few grams more,so yes it fits perfectly your S4 with the original battery cover.
So +200mah really make a difference?
Yes!
At least with me it lasted about half a day more than with my stock 2600mah battery.
I used Viber for about 50 mins,WIFI was ON for at least 6 hours, screen brightness was on Auto +5 (highest auto-brightness),about 30 mins of GSM calls,1 hour of Whatsapp, music in car with BT and screen half of the time ON for 1 hour...

Could you continue testing for a few more days and post back? 200 mah is a 7% increase in battery capacity and you are reporting 12 hours of additional battery life. Although this loses NFC functionality, this still sounds to good to be true, but in case it is true, I want one!
Opteka makes a 3000mAh replacement that works great. NFC support is lacking. I bought a Note 2 antennae for NFC to stick inside the battery door. NFC issue solved.

So do you actually notice a difference compared to stock battery? How much screen on time do you get on average? Also, zerolemon or opteka?
I got the Opteka because they have a two year warranty and I know them from their camera equipment. I haven't really checked the screen time. Before the battery I could get through the day if I was careful. Now it doesn't matter. YMMV
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
I too have the $8.99 Opteka from Amazon. It weighs 44g, the same exact weight as the stock battery. I don't see how they can squeeze an extra 400 mAh reserve capacity without doing this (and I don't think they're capable of doing that - I'm sure this is just a relabeled core). Furthermore, my real life experience with it after a few charges shows no improvement over stock, with similar usage pattern (checked with Better Battery Stats). If anyone felt an improvement over stock, it's very possible that the stock was a dud or the usage pattern is different or it's placebo. But take this with a grain of salt - I'm not discounting anyone's experience with Opteka, it's just my own direct observation.
I already ordered a Qi receiver with NFC antenna, so I'm returning the Opteka and going to try ZeroLemon next. Might be difficult to close the battery door with the ZeroLemon and the Qi/Nfc plate, but we'll see...

Not to mention that fact that they sometimes blow up, go on fire and leak. None of the mentioned is good for the phone and as I said there is also a good chance of in best case burning your phone. In worst case scenario, your house could get on fire.

Yeah, hehe...they'll definitely gonna blow up eventually. Worst case scenario that you could get hurt very badly or even worst, some people even died because of blowing phone batteries. So don't risk your life. Buy from a trusted brand like mugen power or buy original. And don't ever go for gold or high capacity. They can't fill more mAh in same size battery (simple logic).

Well, yes they can. You have to think about the cost though. Sony chose this battery since it gave good performance/cost ratio that fitted the phones target price. That is the reason why Muggen battery costs 90$
Thanks for the heads up guys. It was too good to be true. I also saw some reviews on these high capacity gold batteries and indeed they are 1500mah at most, pretty bad, aside from the risks.
I guess ill be buying a regular original battery. If you guys have any recomended place to buy, please, tell do share

do a search for "ba900 battery" on ebay and your good to go. Good luck

Well, yes they can. You have to think about the cost though. Sony chose this battery since it gave good performance/cost ratio that fitted the phones target price. That is the reason why Muggen battery costs 90$

But this mugen power battery is gigantic, you need a bigger back cover for this which they are providing. its a fact dude, more mAh = larger size n more weight.
did its have any effect for our Xperia L??

Buy portable charger instead of extended battery.. It's cheaper and more convenient..
Can not wait until they get the Li–S battery's on the market it would solve all our power problems. probably all have new phones by then!

Lithium sulfur batteries apparently have double the capacity of the lithium ion batteries.

Extended Battery for Note 4 from MPJ

I’ve been sticking with my Note 2 for years and just waiting until the Note 4 to upgrade. I came always with mixed feelings with the Note series. Loved the great display, superior hardware in the hood and S Pen, but found it was not convenient to carry. I was successfully controlled my desire not to buy a Note 3, because the improvements are minor, but for the Note 4, just regret to read those reviews on it lol.
Already fell in love with this device! Yesterday I received an email from MPJ asking me if I am willing to enter their giveaway for Note 4 extended batteries. They had sent me a free Note 2 4500mah battery for testing before and frankly Note 4 battery life is outstanding and replacement is no need for temporarily, but it definitely can't hurt to enter, so I will post my review as long as they send me a free sample.

Thank you. I like their battery for Note 3.
Whats the difference between this and a power bank? I have that power bank, and it serves the purpose of an external battery... pretty straightforward, too.
Don't have a Note 4. I hope I can request one sample for my galaxy s5

Correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't it void the phone's warranty when using third-party batteries?
I have to admit I was quite skeptical about the battery and now I AM A BELIEVER!

Ehh... I want to get their extended battery but their back cover is ugly as hell with the gloss finish ... really cheapens the phone

Not only does it look ugly, you probably won't be able put on a case with bigger back cover. I would just get a 3220mAh Battery for back up.
I have the 6440mah one. The phone charges under normal use once every 3 days and the display can last over 8 hrs depending on brightness.
How are you doing this? Are you running custom rom/kernal? I have the 8k hyperion and I don't think I can get past more than 30 hours with the same amount of on screen time. I have Stock rom stock kernal rooted with amplify and greenify and almost everything turned off, and it's so frustrating hearing so many people such as yourself talk about being about to for days without charging T.T
