Yup, Verizon is back to antics. Neither they let go off the Knox, hence no rooting, neither they dont let samsung pay work.

I hope you're using the AT&T variant. Without the latest update, the wireless charger might show some problems that many of us had in past.
I'm on T-Mobile, but I have the latest update on my phone. I just updated it yesterday or the day before.

Only way to know is to wait and see. Either way, I'm sure they will release the update if they didn't yet for that annoying issue. It was only with Samsung Wireless Chargers (not the fast wireless charger) because it interacts with phone. Any third party chargers were working just fine!

I got the wallet case just yesterday. Use the order confirmation email to track your package. It was sitting on "Boxed" status till last Wednesday and then suddenly got a mail in the evening that it has been shipped. Next day the delivery guy was at my place although I wasn't available so I got it on his second attempt yesterday. The case looks good although I can't see the notification LED anymore. Also, I ordered mine on the first day of the offer itself. If you see, I started this thread

I got an email from Samsung last week saying that the wireless charger orders are on a back-order. I wouldn't get my hopes up, at least until this month.

You need a copy of your purchase to show Samsung for validation in order to receive the Wireless charger.
But you can get one Ebay for $2,90 incl shipping. I ordered some chinese ones for at work and upstairs in my home.

Where is this promotion going on? I have S6 from Australia and don't see any news about the promotion here.
I live in the Netherlands and we have the promo. I already did received my charger via Vodafone.
But maybe you can try via the Samsung site go get your charger. I think they ask for your Emei, copy purchase, etc. You automatically get any News from Samsung if they going to send it.

I've heard the last Friday HK also got similar promotion from Samsung but I missed it and dunno about the details either. I'm thinking to get a wireless charger for it.

Has anyone gotten an approval for the CAM 360 promo for an LG G5 that they purchased online?
A couple T-Mobile reps swore to me that online purchases qualify for the rebate, but step 1 of how to submit online says:
"You will need your original receipt with IMEI number and original packaging with IMEI barcode"
Well T-Mobile receipts for phones purchased online do not have the IMEI number on the receipt like in store purchased do. They assured me that it would be fine but I've been screwed by T-Mobile in the past so I'm a little nervous.
I purchased mine online. I was approved for the camera. I just uploaded a picture of the box with the IMEI and a picture of my printed email receipt.
i got mine through the store and my 360 cam was just approved yesterday.
They have it still available online...wonder if I order my phone today if I can still get the cam.

If I'm not mistaken you can submit the offer until may but you need to have purchased by April 5th. I could be wrong though.

Pretty sure you don't need the IMEI on the receipt. My previous LG submissions went through fine and I never had the IMEI on the receipt, the IMEI just needed to be on the box/UPC label.

I submitted mine via online receipt. I was approved in less than a week.
I got approved tuesday night for mine. Crazy fast. For the 360 cam I submitted two repates i did one with my eip contract and one with the packing receipt. Not sure which one was approved. lol

As far as sending a receipt from an online order. I took a screen shot of this. It was available on My T-Mobile account. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my acceptance email.
My first app got denied claiming they were unable to see my receipt image, resubmitted as requested, still says pending.
Got mine approved yesterday.
Mine was approved quickly but hasn't shipped yet.
I signed up for both the battery and cam. The battery offer was approved in about 7 days while the cam was approved in about 12 days. I can't wait for the 360 cam, but it may take a while (LG said it may take up to 6 weeks!).

I received mine yesterday and have been playing with it for a while. It's a fun little toy however not sure if it is practical. I can't find a way or any information about posting 360 degree pictures on facebook or any other website. I was hoping to use this for advertising our new office. Any ideas?
I just finished registering for my free battery and cradle, then I found out I was eligible for the 360 cam promo. My flyer I got from the t mobile store on my day of purchase said that deal expired on the 15th of april and I bought mine in the 16th. LGs website says you have until the 24th of April to purchase a G5 and and get the 360 cam.
So for anyone that recently purchased the phone from t-mobile, you still have a chance for the battery and the camera promo

April 25th I got an email mine was approved. Have a tracking number now but just a label so far.
Just want to mention I was unable to do the monthly installment so I paid full price. I was concerned I might not be eligible.. Glad lg is taking care of a good customer [emoji1]

Just got an email from UPS to expect delivery by Friday, 5/20.
I got my package for my day 1 verizon G5 around last weekened. In addition to the battery, charging cradle, and 360 cam they also included a free super small micro to type C adapter plug. (less than 1")
Shipped with delivery date of 5/24 though.... Can't wait!

I got Mine at local AT&T store on the release day. They had two and I got one. I had the Gear S and this is a huge upgrade.
When I purchased mine, Samsung indicated it would be shipped in early December.

I just activated it yesterday on a Go Phone (Pre-Paid AT&T account). It seems walking away from your charging phone is half of the fun.
My mobile accounts are Verizon and I couldn't activate it any better way.

That is a good way to use the LTE on the watch. My phone is on AT&T and I should've walked into the AT&T store instead of pre-ordering from Samsung.com.

Before I go back to my local store and try again, please confirm. You're not an AT&T customer but the store sold you a phone without requiring you to establish a line (or two) with them? Which plan did you put it on?

Well Its not quite that simple. I had a Gear S with an AT&T SIM card already but no password for the company account. So they let me buy the Gear S3 for the full price without any transfer or new account. I'm sure the Guy said he could only sell to new or existing customers but gave me a break. I then went to https://www.att.com/GoPhoneWeb to activate prepaid. it took 10 minutes.
Maybe they would let you do the same?

I just called Samsung and they said the order is gonna be shipped on December 18 which is very very ridiculous because I pre-ordered it on Nov 11 and the watch was supposed to ship on Nov 18 and now it is been backordered for a month? This is stupid for Samsung. I am going to the local AT&T store to get the watch and cancel the order from Samsung.
Update: They lied.. I just received an email with a tracking number from Samsung saying that the order had just been shipped. Their customer service had no idea what they were talking about.

I ordered a Frontier VERY early on Nov 20th (right after midnight). No update, not even a "Preparing order for shipment"........mine simply says "Boxed item".
I got mine today. They shipped it on Tuesday and it arrived today...

Wow, that's odd. I never saw "Boxed Shipment" as a status. I'd call Samsung and get the lowdown.
EDIT: I just received my shipping notification email a few minutes ago. It left Middletown, PA at 5pm yesterday and is supposed to be arriving today!

trying using the shop samsung app, it was a LOT faster for me. that said i didn't opt to purchase the bundle myself and went for the free gear vr. When using the shop samsung app (available on the play store), it gets the mac and imei automagically.
I got mine Immersive bundle ordered today.
I got mine to work. Registered through the Shop Samsung app, then a few hours later they e-mailed me saying my registration was approved. In that e-mail there's a link that will take you to the store where you can buy it.
I posted in the accessory section a big thread about it.
basically, you have to wait for approval, regardless of what the website says. Can take 24 hours. I got mine 23 hours after registering. Even though their website said I was approved immediately and gave me a buy now button. Per the rep I spoke with, that button was only supposed to work for people who purchased from Samsung themselves.
I selected the $99 bundle at last night. I've been in a pending review status since then. I finally received a confirmation email 18hrs later.. "Please allow approximately 2 weeks for review, then you will receive an email with next steps."

Registered for the bundle yesterday (2017/04/19), got my confirmation email and link to order the bundle just a couple hours ago, and was able to purchase it with no problems. $99+Free shipping ($14 waived). Be sure you log into your Samsung account or it'll show up as a $500 bundle instead of $99.

You'll get another email that will be the confirmation email and it will have the link in it to purchase! I just received mine about an hour ago!

Yep. Was a little nervous after reading this thread but everything went smooth. All done via Samsung's site. Even received the 1,000 points for activating Samsung Pay. Well..it's now 900 since I keep buying the scratch off chances to win more points. LOL 0 for 10. 900 more points to go!
