Look specifically at question 6 and I think you'll find what you're looking for.

[Completed] [Q] [Help] Unable to access page

Hi,
I am trying to downgrade my HTC Flyer to gingerbread in an attempt to gain S-Off, but when I try to access a link on the forum in order to download the suitable ruu, I get an error message saying:
Jesse Saaiman, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1.Please Read: New members (those with fewer than 10 posts) are not permitted to post to development-related forums. The developer forums are intended for experienced users and developers to discuss ways to improve technical aspects related to ROMs and Software. While you may be an expert, we ask ALL users to avoid posting questions about using or installing ROMs and software in the Development Forums. To encourage this new Users can read but not post in these forums.
To ask Questions about developing your device, installing ROMs, software and themes you must go to the Q&A or General Forum.
Remember, your question has very likely been asked already, so please search before posting.

I've been googling the HTC Flyer Gingerbread ruu for two days now and can't find a download link anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Android 5.1.1 Root?

Since new accounts can't post in the development forums I'm stuck asking this here....
I know you can use Pingpongroot to root Verizon Galaxy S6's that are on android version 5.0.2/5.0.6, but I also know this method doesn't work on 5.1.1 (due to them patching the exploit that allowed pingpong to work)
Has there been any development on a process to root the Verizon GS6 that's on Android 5.1.1? Or any process on unlocking the bootloader itself so a new kernel can be installed?
No if your on 5.1.1 there is no root exploit out yet hopefully something breaks just keep checking xda

As Development is not for question threads and they belong in Q&A as per rule 15, you can see the reason for the limitation to keep the development threads clutter free. The limitation gives members a chance to look around and learn where and what to post. If you need any help, please feel free to ask me or any moderator..we are here to help!
Thread moved to Q&A
Thanks for understanding

Note 4

I have a note 4 that is running on 5.0.1 I have rooted the device and trying to get xmod work keeps coming up with need to root my device.
Is there any way round this
That's considered warez here, as it bypasses payment for in app items. You'll need to find another site to ask about that.
