How to Install my Rom (updated: for v9.7)
Fully detailed HOW TO install guide with many tips & tricks here [Thanks to Nanos7]
You must know how to use odin! [If you dont know, dont worry, its easy]
Optional, root your phone make a full backup of your data/apps with Titanium Backup.
Download Kyrillos rom v9.7, and the latest update (currently: v9.7.2). Extract v9.7, and copy the update to your sdcard.
Enter download mode (Vol down + Home + Power or from the power menu).
Open Odin, click reset files, select ops, tick one package and select the "Flash_this_as_one-package.tar" file. [/B]
Click Start. After 2 minutes the phone will reboot in recovery. Go to "install update from sdcard", "install zip" and select the update that you copied before. After this WIPE DATA! (The wipe process may take a minute+, dont worry. The boot process may be long too, but dont worry its normal!!)
Optional, Enable Hybrid Data2sd [More space for apps!]
- Make a backup of your sdcard, enter CWM recovery and go to Miscellaneous => Partition SD Card. Choose the sizes you want (Recommended:512-1Gb ext, and 0mb swap]. After the partition completes, wipe data and reboot. You can now copy back all your sdcard files which you did a backup.
- Then copy the contents of the sdcard folder in your sdcard and reboot. No wipe data required, the first reboot may take time.
- Install titanium and go to titanium backup's preferences, and select Restore Backups to => Internal Storage. Then do your restore...

Flash full JPF first. Then re-flash only with PDA file.

Dear Boys and Girls as user of the Elegancia Roms Series,
It's a sad day for Elegancia.
Don't gonna discuss it in detail here.
But just had a 4hr Gtalk chat with m0narx in which i made a very personal decision.
I hate to give up, but i had to.
You all know that we use the Tweaks app for over 3 months now.
As said i had the permission to use the Sense 4 look app.
But there is a problem, m0narx decide to withdraw his permission.
And it's his word against mine although i have good arguments and backuped pm chats with him.
I could chat for another 4hr to prove i'm right.
But his is a never ending story.
There for i made a decision.
Since it's his word against mine.
And i want to be a happy Dev and not one who is constantly in a fight to prove i'm right.
I wanna cook for fun and not being in war every day.
So the next version of Elegancia - Sense 4.1 will be without the tweaks app.
m0narx withdrawed his permission and i take my loose.
As Elegancia can run perfect and nice without the Tweaks.
I can only say for now that it is a pitty we loose this one.
But i'm also happy to say that i don't have to fight and just can continue to be a happy dev and not a fighting one.

Install Note for v3.6.0 or higher:
Make sure you meet all requirements mentioned in the previous post
Put the latest Sense 4.1 version on you SD-card
Make a Nandroid in Recovery (Just incase)
Just incase, backup your save games folder to your pc
S-ON users need to flash the boot.img for v5.0.0 or higher manually
S-ON users need to flash the 4ext touch recovery rc9 or higher manually
No need for Step 5 and 6 if you enable Smartflash in 4ext Recovery
Full wipe your device except your SD-Card in recovery wipe menu
Start Elegancia - Sense 4.1 Aroma installation
Choose desired Sense 4.1 rom version (Stock or colored themed)
Choose full-wipe option
Setup your rom installation and choose every desired app or mod to install
After installation your device will reboot.
First initial installation will take several minutes and colored version up to 15min
After first initial installation you must wait for 3 min to let the rom settle down
The reboot you device once more and your ready to go

A) Try unchecking all auto sync options and after that do "sync all". Circle should be removed from statusbar.
B) Go under Accounts & Sync then click Facebook and uncheck "LIVE STREAM". That's what's keeping your sync icon on.
C) Friendstream should not be removed during the Aroma installation.

It work but few glitches are still to be resolved. To have it worked, try this with the already cooked in 3rd party app named WiFi Tether. Open the program and click on Menu > Settings > in Device-Profile select Generic ICS > then select Change Setup-Method to WEXT (ad-hoc). It should work. You will have to reboot your phone if you close it to have it work again, this is the glitch about this method, but tether is working that way.
FIXED! THIS IS NO MORE REQUIRED IF YOU USE THE KERNEL INCLUDED WITH THE ROM, OTHERWISE THESE SETTINGS CAN BE HELPFUL. I don't know how can I verify MD5 Checksum of a file?

If you are coming from a stock rom there are many requirements, but first of all you need to S-off your device and you will also need a custom recovery....Look HERE for a guide on how to do this. Should your device have a newer hboot version (1.29.0000) then unfortunately this guide will not work and for now the only option available can be found HERE. Elegancia ROM's have the 4EXT custom recovery included, but for initial setup purposes please follow the guide.
In order to install an ICS based rom you will most likely have to update your device's firmware. Have a look HERE - Thanks Lucky 13

The most likely problem is that you have not SuperCID'd your device before updating the firmware. You can find information on how to SuperCID your deviceHERE or look HERE for directions on how to flash the firmware if you prefer not to use SuperCID (thanks to Kohr-Ah). You may also find THIS POST useful! During the process your device will reboot a few times. Do not touch your device until instructed to do so. Once the instructions tell you to "reboot", remove your sd card and delete the PG58IMG.zip from the sd card on your PC or another device, then place sd card back into your device and THEN "reboot”.

Generally Steve will provide a link as to where to find the newest firmware for the current build. If you already have the newest firmware then there is no need to upgrade. If you are coming from a GB rom or an old version of ICS (older base) then read HERE and look HERE for firmware packages.

It has to do with the Paginated/Non paginated tweak.
The following usually solves this issue :
1) Go to Leedroid Tweaks and select Sense/appdraw then select non paginated. Restart and select back paginated.

Yes, you should ALWAYS backup your rom and data before any changes. A good idea is to back up all your data and settings from the phone before flashing a new ROM with a full wipe as well. There are two ways to do this. You can use Titanium backup (or similar app) or do a Nandroid backup. Titanium can be found on the market (Play Store). Nandroid is when you back up from inside the recovery. Nandoid will give you an exact image of your rom, I prefer this method. You can also restore just data for when you full wipe to reapply all your settings as they were. Have a look HERE.I have small MMS or I can't send MMS or SMS?

If you just installed the ROM let it settle for a while system is still building. Give the ROM a couple of battery charge/discharge cycles. If after a couple of days you still see a large amount of drain check your settings and apps to see what's causing the drain. It's a stock kernel so you will not be able to change the frequency until HTC releases the source and someone builds a custom kernel.

Well I have been all over the forum looking for an answer. There are a couple sensation ICS roms with the fix but no one really saying anything about a TRUE fix....After running ICS for almost two days now I am liking it more and more. A little slow and a few bugs but nice, this tiny MMS issue is driving me nuts though.....Please Steve before putting out a new ICS can you look into fixing this please!?

No dice on that...I get sent a mms 98kb it comes in at 9-10kb. Guess ill try and experiment some more.
EDIT: If I hard press the pic from msg app and view as slideshow i can see full size but its distorted.

We are assuming that you are S-Off and SuperCID. Right? If not, read carefully and ask lots of
questions!!!
How do I install the SkyDragon Rom?! !
Download the latest SkyDragon Rom zip from the download section!
Make sure to check that the MD5 checksum matches with the one posted on the download
page!
Place the zip file on your internal (virtual) SD card!
Reboot your phone into recovery TWRP or CWM depending on what is recommended in OP
with the specific Rom version!
Make a backup of your current Rom!
Select to install SkyDragon Rom in recovery and follow the instructions in Aroma installer
always selecting full wipe to start the installation! !
Note: I always prefer to manually wipe cache, Dalvik cache, and data in recovery before starting
the Rom installation. Trust me, this method does help prevent many issues.! !
How do I get into recovery?! !
Hold down power button and volume down at the same time.! !
Can I install themes and make custom mods?! !
We do not recommend themes and mods that are not included in the Rom or are not in the SD
Hub. If you have any questions follow the main SkyDragon thread, read a few pages, and feel
free to ask questions. Someone will be willing to help you. We have very friendly Themers on
board!! !

Can I install a custom kernel?! !
Yamil releases a specific Rom version to run optimally with the stock kernel, or whichever
custom kernel is most compatible at the time of release. Follow the thread for news and
updates.! !
Does your Rom includes radio firmware, HBoot, recovery, etc.?! !
Never! ! !
Will installing SkyDragon erase my SD card/internal memory?! !
No personal data stored on your internal memory will be affected by installing SkyDragon Roms.
Photos, music and other files stored on your SD card will remain untouched. The most likely
way to erase your internal storage is by flashing stock firmware updates (because they contain
stock recovery), flashing incompatible kernels, and incompatible custom recoveries.! !

Should I flash radio firmware?! !
Firmware flashing is not required for every Rom update. Most of the time it is best to remain on
your phone’s native firmware for best signal reception, battery life, and overall performance. ! !
Since we try to bring you the latest HTC updates in a custom Rom, we use HTC Rom variants
that are released for specific regions with firmware that may not perform very well for you. So
we advise against flashing the latest firmware “just because it is new”.! !
If you choose to flash firmware make sure it is customized to remove the possibility of erasing
your personal data. Ask about it in our thread.! !

What if I am S-ON?
Not A problem. But you will need to flash rom boot.img via FASTBOOT commands using Windows CMD
Be UNLOCKED!
Steps For S OFF
Download ROM to SDCARD
Reboot to recovery
Make a Nandroid backup before flashing SD Rom
Once Nandroid was done, do a Full Wipe ( data/cache/dalvik )
Select Install, go to downloaded Rom location
Select Rom zip, install, yes, swipe!!
Once installation is finished, Reboot ! Done.
Steps For S On
Unlocked Device via HTCDEVWEB
Download this file Click Me
In your PC create a folder call "fastboot" path must be "C:/"
Extract into your PC the downloaded file, Inside "Fastboot" folder, Path "c:/fastboot"
Now extract from Rom.zip (SkyDragon ONE Rom) the file called "boot.img" and place it in your fastboot folder
Put your ONE into FASTBOOT USB MODE ( first hold down POWER button and, then VOL down, you will see button lights blinking. Once Your ONE Turns off ( between ten and twenty seconds ) release and re press same buttons but now at the same time...till you get Bootloader Screen.
Once in Bootloader you will find info such as S-on or S-off, Menu with Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot etc.
Press Fastboot and connect your ONE to your PC.
You Will see Fastboot turns into FASTBOOT USB, now you are OK.
In your PC open CMD (terminal), just press MENU in windows and in the search small windows, type CMD and Enter.
A black windows OS-like will open, you will need to do the following:
Using "cd.." means "cd dot dot", just in case, go back till get this path "C:/"
Once in "C:/" you will type "cd fastboot"
Now path turns into "C:/fastboot"
OK, now we need to type two commands
"fastboot erase cache" press enter
You will see a message like "sending...." at the end will say "ok"
Then last one
"fastboot flash boot boot.img" press enter.
Once says "OK", we are good.
Time to unplug Your ONE, and press Hboot, well, the idea here is to get RECOVERY
Once in Recovery Mode, we install the Rom as normal, remember to full wipe manually!!! (data/cache/dalvik)
Select "INSTALL" swipe, when it is done, reboot!

How to get Xposed to work the easy way after flashing new rom
Open Xposed Installer
Go to 'Downloads' and update any modules that need updated
Go to 'Modules' and check all the boxes of modules you want to use
Go to Framework and click 'Install/Update'
Click Soft reboot
Done!
Open any modules like Gravitybox that need settings changed and enjoy!

Requirements
Be S-OFF ( Security OFF ) and SupercCID
TWRP Recovery

What if I am S-ON?
Not A problem. But you will need to flash rom boot.img via FASTBOOT commands using Windows CMD
Be UNLOCKED!
Steps For S OFF
1. Download ROM to SDCARD
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Make a Nandroid backup before flashing SD Rom
4. Once Nandroid was done, do a Full Wipe ( data/cache/dalvik )
5. Select Install, go to downloaded Rom location
6. Select Rom zip, install, yes, swipe!!
7. Once installation is finished, Reboot ! Done.
Steps For S On
Unlocked Device via HTCDEVWEB
Download this file Click Me
In your PC create a folder call "fastboot" path must be "C:/"
Extract into your PC the downloaded file, Inside "Fastboot" folder, Path "c:/fastboot"
Now extract from Rom.zip (SD BatMan ONE Rom) the file called "boot.img" and place it in your fastboot folder
Put your ONE into FASTBOOT USB MODE ( first hold down POWER button and, then VOL down, you will see button lights blinking. Once Your ONE Turns off ( between ten and twenty seconds ) release and re press same buttons but now at the same time...till you get Bootloader Screen.
Once in Bootloader you will find info such as S-on or S-off, Menu with Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot etc.
Press Fastboot and connect your ONE to your PC.
You Will see Fastboot turns into FASTBOOT USB, now you are OK.
In your PC open CMD (terminal), just press MENU in windows and in the search small windows, type CMD and Enter.
A black windows OS-like will open, you will need to do the following:
Using "cd.." means "cd dot dot", just in case, go back till get this path "C:/"
Once in "C:/" you will type "cd fastboot"
Now path turns into "C:/fastboot"
OK, now we need to type two commands
"fastboot erase cache" press enter
You will see a message like "sending...." at the end will say "ok"
Then last one
"fastboot flash boot boot.img" press enter.
Once says "OK", we are good.
Time to unplug Your ONE, and press Hboot, well, the idea here is to get RECOVERY
Once in Recovery Mode, we install the Rom as normal, remember to full wipe manually!!! (data/cache/dalvik)
Select "INSTALL" swipe, when it is done, reboot!

We are assuming that you are S-Off and SuperCID. Right? If not, read carefully and ask lots of
questions!!!
How do I install the SD BatMan rom?! !
Download the latest SD BatMan Rom zip from the download section!
Make sure to check that the MD5 checksum matches with the one posted on the download
page!
Place the zip file on your internal (virtual) SD card!
Reboot your phone into recovery TWRP or CWM depending on what is recommended in OP
with the specific Rom version!
Make a backup of your current Rom!
Select to install SkyDragon Rom in recovery and follow the instructions in Aroma installer
always selecting full wipe to start the installation! !
Note: I always prefer to manually wipe cache, Dalvik cache, and data in recovery before starting
the Rom installation. Trust me, this method does help prevent many issues.! !
How do I get into recovery?! !
Hold down power button and volume down at the same time.! !
Can I install themes and make custom mods?! !
We do not recommend themes and mods that are not included in the Rom or are not in the SD
Hub. If you have any questions follow the main SkyDragon thread, read a few pages, and feel
free to ask questions. Someone will be willing to help you. We have very friendly Themers on

Can I install a custom kernel?! !
Yamil releases a specific Rom version to run optimally with the stock kernel, or whichever
custom kernel is most compatible at the time of release. Follow the thread for news and
updates.! !
Does your Rom includes radio firmware, HBoot, recovery, etc.?! !
Never! ! !
Will installing SkyDragon erase my SD card/internal memory?! !
No personal data stored on your internal memory will be affected by installing SkyDragon Roms.
Photos, music and other files stored on your SD card will remain untouched. The most likely
way to erase your internal storage is by flashing stock firmware updates (because they contain
stock recovery), flashing incompatible kernels, and incompatible custom recoveries.! !

Should I flash radio firmware?! !
Firmware flashing is not required for every Rom update. Most of the time it is best to remain on
your phone’s native firmware for best signal reception, battery life, and overall performance. ! !
Since we try to bring you the latest HTC updates in a custom Rom, we use HTC Rom variants
that are released for specific regions with firmware that may not perform very well for you. So
we advise against flashing the latest firmware “just because it is new”.! !
If you choose to flash firmware make sure it is customized to remove the possibility of erasing
your personal data. Ask about it in our thread.! !

Gave it a try (using latest CWM), but as soon as it booted up to splashscreen, it rebooted back into recovery.
