Buying a case for the smart phone is never and easy thing to do.
As a 30 years old , geeky style guy who is crazy for electronic devices , I prefer premium Leather case for daily use and extremely protective durable case like otterbox for sports .
Artech 21 has a number Series of cases available for Samsung galaxy s6 s6 edge and note 4 , iPhone 6 and 6 plus also htc m9,
During testing I worked with two cases, the Holy Bible and the Retro Book Series , and this review is about Holy Bible case.
I was offered a fews cases for free to review , This company sells their case with Prices range from 39.98 , It is totally worths it as they made the case with Full Grain Leather from Italy . Please Check wiki for the definition of “Full Grain Leather"
The only thing about Full grain leather i knew is that , it is way better then genuine leather .
Holy Bible Series cases for samsung s6 probably is the most adorable book style flip case that you can buy .According to the name Holy Bible series ,you can easily found that the case is just like a mini bible . Image that , you are reading the digital version bible with your smartphone apps in the church , the outfit tell people loudly that you are reading the bible but not playing your phone . How cool it that ? Darn
the case has 3 id and credit cards slots with 2 money pocket , you can carry some cash and you DL ,Credit card without carrying an extra wallet , the left contains TPU full-rounds case that will store your phone firmly .All ports of your device are accessible . Also , the case has a watching stand mode that you can sit your phone in the table when you want to watch movie .
As far as fit goes, Artech 21 knows how to build a case for your device. The case has a perfectly snug fit with no wiggle room . Putting the phone in a case and removing it requires a firm hand, which ensures a good fit and that the phone will never fall out accidentally. Past that the build quality is incredible- It does a great job with its leather and even the coloring is impressive.
From a protection standpoint the cases did well. The leather does not have the soft, padded feeling of a silicone but they protected the phone from impacts well and very much decreased the chance of scratching it.The Italy cowhide Leather used to make this case is fine-grained,smooth and soft leather .You can feel how good it is by touching the surface of the case and smelling .I am sure that aging will make this case much more attractive .
The stitches are made well , and the most parts of this case are handcrafted , i am fond of these handmade details .No pulled Seems and It is pretty solid . The Glue job is well done —there is no running glue like most brands in the market especially amazon.com.
As far as comfort is concerned, the cases are slim, but even so they add considerably to the profile of the iPhone–there is no avoiding this if you want adequate shock protection.
The only thing i was concerning about this case is that it is kind of missing a closure strap or something like that . After storing my DL AND CARDS , it still closed okay , and won’t be opened .So my suggestions is that just carry your DL and 2 cards and a few bucks cash .
This is a well made case ,smells of rich leather in such a way you almost wants to chew it ,and it is keeping my phone in place while replacing my wallet entirely .
Pros :
1 Bible Looking case is amazing for Christians
2 the leather is full grain italian cowhide leather ,the price is only 39.99 dollars ,this is a good bargain you can ever find online (Compare it to Vaja and Sena)
3 Angles View Mode , so i can enjoy youtube and movie in my plus without holding it
4 Good stitches , Snug fits for your phone
Cons:
1 Missing closure ( It works fine if you do not carry a lots cards and cash)
2 to me , It is not slim enough , but the thickness it adds to your phone is acceptable ( Well , shockproof , scratch proof will defiantly add some weights)
3 Even it is made of better leather than Book book from south 12 (This case used full grain ltalian leather , south 12 might just use so so leather) , it is still some kind of copy of it , anyway they are all like book though
All in all , this is a lovely wallet case with a good craftsmanship ,is made of luxury leather ,and it is not pricy .I recommend it to everyone .

This acer case fits perfectly and acts as a stand. Was recommended this from the whirlpool forums.
I have the Targus one from Best Buy. It acts as a stand and has a pocket for a stylus as well. The only thing I don't like about it is you have to leave it open to have access to the port for charging.

Targus Hughes Leather Portfolio, and my Infinity
Was at the Home store / Ross yesterday with my wife and found the "Targus Hughes Leather Portfolio for the iPad" on clearance for $7 (yes - SEVEN dollars). I googled the dimensions of my Infinity and borrowed a tape measure from the clerk to measure the pocket of the case. It's close, but looked like it would work so I figured for $7 who cares if it doesn't fit. Nice magnetic closure tab too (it tucks as into a tab for a more secure fit as well). The real leather surface is amazing, and smells like my old tried and true leather jacket - mmmmmm lol. So far nothing but good things to say about the craftsmanship. Only had it for a day - so I will update my thoughts over the next week of hard daily use.
I am here to say it DOES fit. It is a tight fit but after leaving the tablet in the case overnight it is now a snug/perfect fit! The case is awesome. Check out the reviews online for it here: (Amazon)

I was looking at slip cases for my TF700T today... hoping to find one that would work well with or without the keyboard dock. I brought home this leather Targus (Staples selling it for $19), as well as a zipper closed slip case from Swiss Gear (A7) and Targus. Thought I'd compare and then return whichever I didn't like.
The leather Targus case is beautifully made -- I would have expected them to charge something more like $35 for this. No way this could ever stretch to accept the dock, so the only possibility is the tab alone. I tried it -- incredibly tight, and actually needed two of us to get the device back out of the case without risking damaging the TF700T. I had just talked myself into keeping the Swiss Gear, and returning the two Targus cases (leather one you reviewed, and the black neoprene case). Now I'm debating... If I can really loosen up the leather one enough, it really is gorgeous - especially for the money, and even at double what you paid. I can definitely see days when I'd travel or just go to meetings with the tablet itself, and then the leather case would be perfect. Other times, I'll want the keyboard and extra battery capacity from the dock... so I'd need to keep the Swiss Gear too...
Decisions!!!
I bought this one in green.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brand-New...ccessories&hash=item256c45681b#ht_5224wt_1111
Looks great, and has nice "thick" cushioning for the tab.
My sleeve is a handmade sleeve (not by me, I'll post the link at the bottom) made specifically for the Infinity. Please keep in mind that I took these shots at an impromptu time as I saw this post and I took it with a crappy camera during the cloudy morning, so although it might look a little undesirable, it really isnt.
Anyways, the sleeve has a frontal pocket specifically for the unattached dock, and both compartments are pretty snug. Even if you don't feel like constantly disconnecting the dock, the main compartment can also hold the dock+tablet. The sleeve is padded and it looks pretty too! I know you asked for a sleeve that can fit snugly without a keyboard, but I was thinking that others might be interested in this. I also don't have a keyboard (yet) so I use the pocket for other random things
What I like about this shop is that the person even accepts requests for customization. What I REALLY wanted to do was pay a little more to add two smaller, cubic pockets on the frontal keyboard pocket so I can fit smaller things like SD cards, cables, etc. but I didn't because I needed to save money (college student). You might think it's a little expensive, but it's well worth the money I spent for it. I HIGHLY recommend this sleeve. By the way, this person make sleeves for other devices as well. Enjoy!

No - at least the one I tried (same model - purchased at Staples) could not. As a matter of fact, the first time I insert the tablet (TF700T) itself in the case, it was so snug that I needed to have someone else hold the case by the edges while I found a grip on the tablet that would allow me to wiggle it out without crushing the glass -- it was that tight.
Per the OP, the case will definitely stretch, and I believe that with a bit of patience you can stretch it enough so that the tablet itself would slide in and out relatively easily. I found an old hardcover book that was a tight fit (don't want to use my $500 tablet as a leather stretching tool!) and let it sit in the case for a couple of hours, after which I found that the tablet would go in easily, and could be removed safely with one hand. Still too snug, but I imagine that overnight stretching would probably do the trick.
No way, though, that I can imagine squeezing the dock in there also. A real pity, as the case is nicely made from what appears to be nice belting leather - thick, tough but soft-surfaced, pleasant but unobtrusive smell like a leather jacket. Certainly appears classy. Too limited in application, though, for my taste. So - back it went to Staples.
Same day I tried that one I also brought home two others to try: 10" tablet sleeves (black microfiber / polyester) -- both simple padded sleeves with a single zipper across the long edge. One from Swiss Gear had excellent cushioning inside -- a rubbery material with raised bumps across the surface; another one from Targus was cheaper, but the cushioning was reminiscent of an extremely thin old-fashioned foam rubber pillow -- the Swiss Gear definitely provided more shock protection.
I wound up trying the Swiss Gear sleeve for a day, and wound up finding it really annoying to have to hold the tablet in my hand the entire time I traveled and walked around NYC. I also realized that simply holding it in my hand wouldn't really protect it if somebody in a crowded situation like that (NY - midtown, and subways) bumped into me, so I wound up holding it with my arm bent so it would trapped between my hand and bicep as I wove through crowded streets.
Hard to juggle this also if you need to stop in a public restroom, if you stop to buy a cup of coffee, etc.
By the end of the day, I realized that there was no way I'd be happy simply carrying the tablet around in a case like that. At most, I'd use the case to protect it in a briefcase, or maybe if I were about to drive somewhere and bring the tablet along.
I wound up returning all 3 cases, and have none right now. If I carry it to another appointment, for the moment I'll simply put it in a briefcase or business backpack. Still hunting for a truly usable case.

Kickstand Case Suggestions for Galaxy S5

Anyone have any suggestions for a good kickstand case, I would like something that stands both vertical and horizontal view. I do not care about branding, ebay brandless is OK by me (and cheaper). Preferably hybrid.
I am liking this one so far, but I can't find a US vendor for the color I like (lime).
http://www.grashine.com/en/product1.asp?idd=76&ids=4&SortID=74&id=74&idid=24&ord=100#
What kickstand cases do you like/have?
QUESTION REVISED 4/29/14:
What is the best kickstand case under 10 bucks that I can cannibalize to remove the kickstand (to then epoxy it to my favorite S5 non-kick case)?
I used to try to find and use kickstand cases , but 2 yrs ago I cam across the flygrip which was perfect for me as I got tired of searching all the time for a case , now I an purchas any case I find and attach the flygrip directly to it , have a holder on my device to I never drop it and also a kickstand in both directions.
I haven't seen a decent case with a durable kickstand that is stable in both horizontal and vertical positions since the S3 was released (Qmadix case).
So, for my S4 I just found the coolest case and then cut a hole on the back and DIY'd my favorite kickstand (Qmadix) into it.
Unfortunately, that company no longer makes the kickstand case for any phones.
But a nice alternative is to get a stick-on kickstand.
http://www.mouseglider.com/pro1445718.html
Put it on any case.

I had never seen those before. Thanks! Definitely an option.
I am a bit wary of the girth of the item and how it might dig into my leg, or my jeans while the phone is in pocket.
Maybe choose a wallet style case that let's you use the lid as a stand?

Not durable enough for me, not any that I have seen at least.
I've been using this one for all my GS phones. Very sturdy and not overly bulky plastic that looks much nicer in person. I need only the kickstand feature (the bottom part), can't say anything about the holster.

This was a contender, but I am gun shy on hard cases. I go to the beach frequently, and sometime end up with a little sand in my pockets. A hard case will rub sand into your phone. If even the tiniest amount gets under, your phone will have massive surface damage. Also, not the greatest corner protection for drops.
I REALLY like the kickstand.

Thanks for the heads-up. In fact I never opened that case and it has gone back.
For ~$18 including shipping I was able to order an Otterbox knock off from iskyphone on eBay (since removed but they claim it will be re-listed). Camo/orange, case is identical in the way it all goes together, and the belt clip doubles as the kickstand. It's not waterproof but the phone is so that's a wash imho. The case includes a built-in screen protector which I'm not a fan of. It's not the cleanest/clearest plastic but with the brightness of the phone you can't tell any difference (again, imho). Pressing around the edges can be tricky (aka pressing the 'a' key for example), but I suppose the screen needs protecting also.
All in all I'm happy with it and also not having spent an additional $42. Perhaps the official OB is better, but probably not two thirds better.

I had never seen those before. Thanks! Definitely an option.
I am a bit wary of the girth of the item and how it might dig into my leg, or my jeans while the phone is in pocket.

have a peek at the youtube videos on the flygrip , there very slim and sturdy i just got my flygrip gravity new style then the original , and just love it , i keep my phone in my jean pockets a lot to , but not skintight geans , just normal , and can never feel it. if you give it a try i almost cirtian you will never go back.
also can be removed with no damage to back of phone or case as it uses 3m adhesive double sided tape to attach .
While its still listed as "under development," I've had their cases on my TB, S3, Note II and as soon as their completed my S5.

It looks like an awesome product, but I have never even spent that much on a case, let alone a kickstand. $30 is pretty steep. I wonder if they ever go on sale.

I hear you on that oen , it costs me 30 buck for it and 13 to ship it to Canada , I think free or discount shipping code in the us is bbking77 might give a slight or free discount on shipping.

I have been thinking about this, and until a less sucky kickstand case becomes available, I have decided to revise the question:
What is the best kickstand case under 10 bucks that I can cannibalize to remove the kickstand (to then epoxy it to my favorite S5 non-kick case)?
Provisions:
1. All I need is the kickstand, it can be for any phone on the market. 10 year old phones even.
2. Must be able to stand vertical, and horizonal.
3. Cheap.
4. Preferably black.
Another way to phrase it might be...What is the best vertical kickstand case you have ever owned?
One vote from CZ Eddie on the q-madix case.
Anyone else?

I ended up going with a Note 3. And I'm going to do the same DIY mod again because it worked so well last time. But this time, I'm going to take my time and make it have a NICER looking cutout. But here's my DIY thread if you want to check out how I did it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2488355
This time, I'm going to cut out the hole smaller than it needs to be. And then use a file to gently file the hole out to the correct dimensions. This should make it look more "stock" 'ish.
I recommend the Galaxy S3 Qmadix Metallix kickstand case for sourcing the kickstand part from. You can find it for $10 shipped if you look around.
---------- Post added at 12:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:24 PM ----------
Btw, in the meantime I did use the stick-on kickstand. It works GREAT, even on my Note 3.
The only problem is it creates a bulge on the back of the case that makes it so the phone doesn't sit flat in my car and home docks. And when opened, the hole under the kickstand is just a bit too small for my normal sized fingers to go through, unlike the Qmadix kickstand which my fingers fit inside the loop great.

[Review] Artech21 Note 4 Full Grain Wallet Case

Hello XDA Developers!
I recently received a review unit for the Artech 21- Full Grain Leather wallet case.
This case can be purchased through the company's Amazon Page:
http://www.amazon.com/Artech-21-Qua...pebp=1433719704918&perid=13QEY5QN8RR8F7ZRYV13
The Case consists of a leather outside cover, an inside vinyl cloth layer, and a tpu case which actually holds your phone to the wallet.

Only half of the TPU case is secured to the wallet so that the other half can freely bend with the partition in the back portion of the wallet in order to create the 'stand' for viewing videos or setting the phone up as a display.
When the phone is seated in the TPU shell, the note's power and volume buttons are slightly recessed just enough to where they cannot be accidentally bumped while playing videos in stand mode or while in the pocket. However, the buttons are still easy to push when you want.
When you want to use the wallet in 'stand' mode, you can adjust the viewing angle by using the bottom edge's friction to hold the desired angle. I found this case to work very well at many angles and I didnt really feel like I had to keep adjusting it or worry that it was going to topple over. The large base (which holds cards and cash) works well and provides plenty of support for the heavy tpu and phone portions.
The S-Pen is not forgotten.. Artech made sure to include a large cutout in the bottom of the case for easy access to slide out the S-Pen. Very pleased!
Let's discuss the actual wallet functions of the case.
There is a clear section for displaying your id and it also has a large thumb hole for easy access to slide your ID cards out if needed.
Above that is four additional credit card pockets which easily fit standard credit cards. Notably, the credit card pockets bottom out with just enough depth to where you can still easily slide the card out for making purchases. You dont really have to worry about any of the cards being stuck in the wallet. Artech did a pretty good job designing this portion of the case.
One issue I had with the money portion of the case was that USD bills do not fit full length in the cash fold. I found that I had to fold the end of the bills to get them to fit, this method seemed the best for quick removal of the bills when I needed to make a purchase.
Overall I like the case's leather look and feel. It definitely adds a dimension of convenience with the integrated credit card, id, and paper money pockets. This case is not intended for protection, it is mostly intended for the high class looks and convenience of a wallet / case 2 in one. Some improvements which could be made would be to implement a closing latch to keep the case closed if it were dropped.
good review
I received my Artech case the other day and so here is my review. The case has a premium look and feel to it. I was very impressed with how it felt in hand and the overall build quality of the case. For my testing I used two credit cards, drivers license, and some business cards. I had no issues fitting all of those items into the case and never had to worry about them falling out. I really liked how the ID slot is clear like a real wallet.
All of the cutouts were spot on and never had any issues using the charging port, auxiliary jack, s pen, or the IR blaster. This case adds style and functionality to the note 4. The only complaint I have with the case is that there is no cutout for the earpiece so when talking on the phone you have to open up the case. This is not that big of a deal for me since I have been using the tone infinims for calls, but other people may find this annoying. Overall I really like this case and can see my self using Artech products in the future.
Picture quality may not be the best since I used my m9 to take the pictures.
Edit: Having issues uploading pictures. They will be up later today
Nice review and it looks like a nice case as well. Question though, you actually have money to put in there? Lol

Does the magnet affect the screen at all?
I'm looking for a case like that's slim that can fold the way back like this case and not be at a curve like most flip cases, I don't want real leather I want something a little stronger and durable, any recommendations?
My Review for Artech21 Wallet Case
I received this case a week ago. Here's my review of this case:
- There's a really strong smell to the case but it slowly went away after use (probably from the leather)
-The quality and stitching are nice. However, I have mixed feelings about holding it on hand. Perhaps the middle part is too roomy. It would have been better if the case was a tighter fit overall.
-The case doesn't have a magnetic clasp, so when I loaded it with cash and cards, the front could not stay flat. It is problematic to me because I prefer a slim look. If I were to drop the phone, the lid would definitely fly open. Also, without the magnetic clasp, the case looks bulky
- The TPU here is nice, easily to take off and on. Cutout for buttons are on point and secured.
-The camera is elevated and that's always a plus for me
-There is an opening for s-pen and easy access.
Overall, it does what it's supposed to do. However, for my personal preference, I would rate this case 5/10 (bulky look was a big turn off for me, no magnetic -1).

Otterbox LGG5 Review
Today i just make a brief review for my lg g5 cases
It's taken more drops then anything.
However, I dropped one star for it's method of installation. Here's why; For this device, I have the extra battery, external charger and USB accessory kit. While under normal use this battery does nicely for a day, I am not a normal user. I can kill a battery FAST. So having two is heaven for me. But getting this case open to get to the phone to swap batteries could have been easier for this particular device. The phone is so ridiculously simple to get into (LOVE IT!). It also obviously won't fit the extra 'friend' parts so far. If I find a solid case that would, I'd consider that one. With my hands, this case is difficult for me to get on and off to swap batteries. But it is the best case out there right now cause I WILL drop my phone.
As it sits, this is still the strongest case out there. Easier to get into might include the Commuter but it also forgoes the screen protector. Wife had one of those last time around and her screen is cracked.
Update: (redid this cause for some reason it didn't show me as a verified purchase the first time... odd) Also I did find the best way to open this case is to use the handle from a basic fingernail clipper or a wide flathead screwdriver from my leatherman. Don't twist it, just push slightly and they unlock. This one is HARD to do with the fingers (at least right now). I suspect they made the connections stronger then before cause of how easy they were to break.
Most people want to customize their phone beyond how it looks out of the box and have some options in the future. I got my wife the G5 a couple days ago and she loved the way it looks but loved it even more after this case.
The case comes in an impressive plastic box with a cut out in the front and a company description on the back. Inside the box is the case and a detailed set of instructions on how to remove the case, along with some product information.
The case fits on easily enough. Remove the gold plastic ring that is on the outside of the case and fit the phone into the TPU shell. Then reapply the gold plastic ring. This is the most difficult part, since not all of the gold plastic ring wants to click in easily, especially around the volume buttons and across from the volume buttons. Once you get everything snapped in you're good to go. The back of the case comes up enough to protect the dual camera's sensors and on button and has a smooth and comfortable feeling downward slope that makes it easy to index the button without looking. The bottom portion of the downward slope is longer than the top portion so allow your finger to fit at the proper angle.
The back of the case is textured but does not feel rough and the side is smooth. The volume buttons are more or less flush with the side of the gold plastic ring portion, but are reliable and easy to use. The bottom has a cutout for the type-c port and speaker, as well as a cutout at the top for the 3.5mm jack and IR blasters. In these areas the gold plastic ring portion is positioned on one side of the cutout and does not go all the way around it.
There are a couple negatives about this case. First, since the back is textured it makes it difficult to securely affix a “fashion ring”, which my wife likes to use. She had this case on today and was holding the phone by the ring when the phone detached and fell to the ground. I'm happy say the case protected the phone fully from its first drop, but this slight niggle might make this case spend more time on a shelf than on the phone in the future. The other negative is that reinforcing ring looks a little too plasticky. I have about 10 other cases for this phone currently, and a few have metallic-looking parts that are plastic but manage to have a more metal look to it. The case is extremely well made, but the plastic ring detracts from the premium look of the case in my opinion.

3 Lazer Case for LG G5
finally recieved this case in the mail. To be honest, I was surprised at the high quality. When you're a maker of phones cases, it's dificult to make a name for yourself when you have companies like Spigen and Caseology as your competitors. Those companies have already established themselves.
What I liked most about this case was the attention to detail. Like the name suggests, the laser in the name really signifies how thought out everything seems. The cutouts were on point and the volume buttons were tactile, which always keeps me happy. The material for the case has a little bit of a rough touch to it. I'm on the fence about this. I think it's great for a more rugged person but not for all.
The packaging was the only thing that looked cheap. But I'd rathwr them cut money on that end than spend a bunch like Spigen for no real reason.
Overall, this is a great first Artech case to introduce itself. Spigen and Caseology may have a new competitor.
Below is my wife's reveiw
The only criticism I have at this point it is that it did not come with a screen protector which is absolutely vital for for my phones because they go through much abuse. Other than that amazing product crisis perfect great job company well done .

UAG Case For LG G5
The Urban Armor Gear Ash case for the LG G5 is the best looking for case for the LG G5. When I first brought my LG G5, I was not sure if I liked the look of it. I ordered this case and once I put it on the device, it gave my device a unique look. It gives the device a rugged military look. The device also has a nice lip when I drop my phone face first the lip of the case hits the ground first. If you have a LG G5 pick this case up.
I've dropped my phones only a handful of times. every time these cases saved my phone from what would have been catastrophic destruction in any other case.
I recently purchased the LG G5. I immediately purchased a UAG case(Ash), a wet apply screen protector and a longer charge cable. When the case arrived I was pleased at first but then. I noticed some inconsistencies having owned these cases before. The plastic and rubber feels much cheaper. The plastic is very slippery feeling in the hand. The rubber is hard, and where the cutouts are it's sharp and abrasive on your fingers. while holding the case the charge port sits on your pinky, with extensive use its very uncomfortable. also above the charge port the rubber is very thin and flimsy and feels like it might tear off.
Someone might gonna know the comparision between Otterbox and UAG . I have to say both of them are premium quality , but Otterbox is more bulky and have extra front panel protection also with a holster . UAG is a lightweight case , also cost 20 dollars less than otterbox
it actually up to yourself , i feel like the touch of Otterbox , but i do not mind to use UAG as daily drive

I have used a otter box since HTC evo 3g, since then I have never even bought a phone unless they made a case for it. I as well can go thru 3 or 4 charges a day. On my phone 24/7. But with fast charge and the strength of the otter box, I believe its a fair trade.

For $12.80 I will give it a shot, can't beat that price. I like that is has so many color options. Most companies have maybe 3 .

I'm actually really contemplating getting this case, does the phone have any wiggle room in the case at all? I hope not. Also how's ur screen quality as far as touch and appearance

I had that case on my G3 until it conked out. I can attest that the case is absolutely sturdy and rugged and could survive just about anything perhaps (besides bullets or being run over by an 18 wheeler). The built-in screen protector is god awful though so you'll have to cut it out and replace it with something else.
I didn't want the exact same case for my G5 so I got the Premium version of that case with the transparent back and metal studs:
https://www.amazon.com/SUPCASE-Unicorn-Premium-Protective-Black/dp/B01BRFWXM4
The phone looks beautiful in it and it also carries the Military Standard 810G-516.6 drop protection, it doesn't include a screen protector but adding one yourself is highly preferable to a built-in one that you will have to replace right out of the box.

I think the included one is better than any of these 3, maybe I'll get the number 2 but from reviews of the same model but for other phones it may not have raised lips to protect the screen when facing down or from a drop but I'm hesitating between the included one or the karbon case (made by evutec)
I'm leaning towards the orzly fusion bumper. Had it for my oneplus 5, really good grip on it plus the raised lip on the front.

Pre-ordered. Gonna ship in June only. Will do a quick review here once it's here.

I will of course be checking as many accessories and screen protectors out as I can and posting videos, but I'd lean towards the Orzly at the moment also as its a true favourite of mine.
I've had great experiences with the Suensan TPU cases for both my Pixel XL and Pixel 2 XL. So I went ahead and ordered the same case for my OnePlus 6 this morning:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BZLB6N7/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
At $7.98 with free 2 day shipping, it's an excellent option that I highly recommend.
I also ordered the Nylon bumper case with my phone this morning since the early reviewers all seem to absolutely love the nylon bumper case.

Yeah, theirs are really good usually. It's what I had aswell last time. I was going to go for their wallet case again (as I like having the stand for watching videos),. but then I saw they had a really cheap multipack with all of them, where they've even thrown in a whole bunch of other cool stuff like Type C cables and car chargers etc. (works out cheaper than just two cases for all that lot, so I'm bagging this before they put the prices back up)

I really want a Nillkin Sparkle OnePlus 6 flip case. Plain. Minimalist. It just makes a largish phone easier to hold and protected. Don't need a kickstand (added thickness). Don't need windows. Don't need a card holder (added thickness). Drop protection = about zero, but it is what I have had on 5 or 6 phones and works great.
I've had the best experiences with UAG cases. They don't seem to have one for the 6 yet, but they made one for the 5T so I'm crossing my fingers.
Edit: UAG said on twitter they have no current plans for a 6 case. Blah.

one should never get wallet case for safety reason. My oneplus 3 was just stolen when I was on a holiday trip. I cannot imagine what would have happened if my credit card or ID card was attached to my phone.

good looking out that suensan case looks like the spigen rugged tpu case/.
link for nylon bumper?
I bought this one:
https://www.mobilefun.com/olixar-armourdillo-oneplus-6-protective-case-black-67638
I got the nylon and of course there is the one that comes with it. So those are enough options for me.
I just returned the second one. It looks alright but the grip is quite loose, the tpu case that came with the phone has a much better grip. I am going to order the first one now hopefully it will have a proper grip.
Anyone knows when Nillkin will release its frosted shield case?
Did any of you try the flexicase from Orzly? I see it's quite cheap on Amazon and was wondering if it's worth getting it.

I haven't ordered it yet.
Anyone know a "big" difference between the Kevlar and the nylon bumper case?
For my OPT I had the OtterBox, which I loved, but this one was pretty bulky... I now have the S8 with the silicon case... not that bad, but not that good protection of course...
For the OP6 I do not want the OtterBox, since it's again very bulky and has these connection protectors, which I don't like.
So I balance between the orignal Nylon or Kavlar... Nylon looks great but seems a bit bulkier than the Kevlar, right?
What I also loved from the OtterBox was this smal lip around the front, so you could lay the phone upside down without scratching the screen, does the mentioned original cases have such a lip as well?
Any thoughts? Guesses?

I never actually put my credit cards in them. (the ability to put cards in them, for me, is a totally redundant feature). I know there will be meany that don't agree and actually like that part, but I agree with you that the card feature is just not for me either.
The reason why I prefer the wallet case style though and always use them is for two reasons:
Firstly, I like that the screen is completely covered when not in use, so never gets scratched up in my pocket. (that can be solved by a decent tempered glass screen protector though), but not letting the screen get scratched in the first place stops you having to replace the screen protectors so often. (so I actually use glass screen protectors aswell as this case, which gives me the best of both worlds, and has always served me well)
The even bigger reason why I prefer the wallet case styles is to do with the built in stand. Watching movies in bed, or on a train, (or anywhere for that matter), I just open the case, and I've got as fully supported stand which I can position at pretty much any angle, without having to bring anything else with me to do it. Then when I've finished, I just fold it away, and it's all self contained, so is automatically always with me wherever I have my phone.
But I agree with you, putting cards in the case is not something I find that useful. (aside from how much it bulks the case out, I worry about things like if the magnetic strip of the cards would get wiped by the magnets on the lid). So my cards I always carry in my actual wallet (not in a wallet phone case), and the the wallet case is purely for all the useful things it does for my phone..

I agree that not putting a card in for safety reasons. I never have, never do. For safety reasons and the well though out response above. The Nillkin Sparkle doesn't even have a card slot. Smart.
