finally a good amami build have been falowing the z1 thread for a while now and I'm really happy you made build for all those devices. Downloading and will report how's working, hopefully I'll have the time to do it today

Awesome Just curious but will it be the same to fix the remaining bugs on z1 and z1c? Like if you figure out how to enable mobile data on z1 we can expect this for z1c too? Or will it take extra amount of time because z1c requires different mechanisms?

IF I can get one thing working on Z1 it will also be fixed on Z1c and ZU for sure. Depending on the issue and fix it might even work for Z2, Z3 and Z3c too

ok, maybe I`m a stupid and did something wrong, but also this lollipop isn`t booting. But better than in OmarEinea`s build the sony logo was visible. No bad feelings, maybe I did something wrong like I said allready. I appreciate very mutch what you are doing.

Yes. Before I had a clean .108 stock installation. If I can test something else Just tell me. Don`t have always time but will try my best.

hi,
awesome!! mobile data and RIL is working in this v2 release?
thanks you!

No boot, just stay at SONY logo...:crying:
I flash all of 4 file but it isn't boot...:crying::crying:

hi,
don't get mad if i ask, but an .zip bootable file would help flash more quickly and get feedback of how it is working and what is working and what is not, more quickly.
thank you in advance.

To flash:
You have to download Android SDK (https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html?hl=i), uncompress files (https://mega.co.nz/#F!XJoiTBBC!m0CThUpMrQgW1LP50hzo_w) on the folder that results from uncompressing (Android SDK), specifically on the folder "UncompressedFolder"/SDK/Platform-tools. Then run CMD, type cd and drag and drop the folder Platform-tools to the window, press enter, turn on your device in Fastboot mode (power button and then, without pushing power button, press Volume Up button, Blue LED should appear), then type the following commands and finish:
Code:
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot reboot
It's very fast and very simple.
Sorry for my english. You need to unlock your bootloader before do this process.

it is possible to make it .zip flashable?
i've also sent you the req links.
thanks.

well i will say the same like the others for the reason i am newbie/litle noob in commants etc programs it is beter for me to w8 a zip file version and i don't care if it is stable,
Besides that is the reason users (like me) we are here to test it and send it a good feedback with issues ho don't work well.
p.s sry for my english!!!!

FAQ
Q. How do I install this ROM?
A. First of all, download it from above for your device. There's three models of this Tablet, the GT-P6210 /1 (WiFi), GT-P6200 /1 (GSM), and SGH-T869 (T-Mobile). Click the download for your device and download the ROM.
After Downloading, Move the ZIP folder on to your Tablet's Internal or SD Card Storage by connecting it to the computer. Now Power OFF your tablet. Next, Hold down the Power and Volume UP keys at the same time (Whilst it off), then once it turns on RELEASE your finger off of the Power Key, Only holding down the Volume UP Key now. Once in the Recovery, (Optional: Make a Backup) Clear your Dalvik Cache (Under Advanced), Cache, and Data. Now Install the ZIP folder from your SD Card (It should Says Elements HD Build xxx).
Summed Up:
1. Download ROM (For your device)
2. Transfer to Device
3. Reboot Recovery
4. Wipe Dalvik & Regular Cache, then Data
5. Install ROM
Q. Why won't my Tablet boot?
A. Something probably went wrong while installing the ROM. Just Reflash (Install again) it in the recovery WITHOUT wiping this time.
1. Power off (It SHOULD bootloop or get stuck)
2. Reboot Recovery (Power + Vol Up, then once on Vol Up [While OFF])
3. (DO NOT WIPE) Flash Elements HD Build 3
4. Reboot (DO NOT WIPE)
Q. Why did you keep the Boot Sound?
A. To make sure the Tablet is at least heading in the right direction and not bootlooping a blackscreen. I'll probably remove it later though.
Q. Why does the Tablet Settings -> About Device say Build 1 when I'm on Build 2?
A. I forgot to change the number. No biggie. If you have the extra apps I included, then everything's fine.
Q. Why did you keep the bloat?
A. Because some people use it. I'll put it in the Data Folder next build though so you can uninstall it.
Q. When's the next update?
A. Never. Just kidding. However, if you ask me despite me saying in several places not to, I won't be kidding.
Q. I want xxx Feature added! Can do you do it?
A. Post here and ask.
Q. I LOVE this ROM. What can I do to help out and make better builds come?
A. 1. Hit the thanks button 2. Donate 3. Share with fellow Tab users
Q. :'( Why isn't my device supported?
A. Probably because I haven't gotten a System Dump and Boot.img for it. See Post 7. to have your device supported.
Device Support List:
(Later Revised Tablet's should work if their parent device is supported) [EX: GT-P6210 / GT-P6211]
[X] GT-P6210
[X] GT-P6200

great!more rom coming!
welcome mate..!
wow..owning this tab7+ really feel like live in a small outcast forgotten village and community..
everyday like waiting for someone appears and bring something new..everybody got excited..:highfive:
then everything went silent again...
looking around...feelin lonely....
haha..what a great experience! :good:
If you want support for your Tablet, please PM me a System Dump of your latest STOCK ICS.
An easy way to do this is to download a Root File Manager, go to the Root, Select the system Folder and COPY it, and then PASTE it on your SDCARD.
This CAN take awhile, so please be patient and Make sure your screen doesn't time out. Keep it on during the pasting / file transfer. A good way to do so is to edit the timeout to 10 minutes.
After it's on your SD Card, put it on your computer
I also need a Boot.img however. Getting that's easy too though!
1. Go into Recovery Mode
2. Make a Backup
3. On the computer, browse your Tab's storage and in the ClockworkMod Folder go to backups (then the name of the backup you just did), and copy the Boot.img to the desktop. (Then put it in the same folder as the System dump you did)
Make a new folder (just call it dump or something), Throw the System folder you copied in it along with the boot.img you just got.
Zip the folder up, Upload it somewhere, and PM me the Download Link.
----
Method 2:
Find a Stock ICS ROM (w/ Boot.img) and PM me the thread or Download LInk. (If it doesn't have one and it's the same ICS you're running, just give me your boot.img).
--------
Sorry for making it a big task, but I don't have the Device and this is the easiest way I can direct you guys to do something that you'll all (Hopefully) understand on how to do .

It says clearly in the OP it's based off of Stock ICS. You should know what that looks like.
I'm not trying to win anyone over from what they have. I just thought it'd be nice to create a stock based ROM for you guys on my own time since no one else has. I didn't know a community with barely any other devs would be so picky...

NEWS FEED
[30.10.2014]
We are using new kernel now and new HALs too. Camera and video playback are still not working. Bug with screen wake came back (because new kernel).
New build for JLO already came out, build for Miro will be availabe soon.
Project status is Beta since almost everything is working.

Working on legacy devices is very time consuming and mostly the time spend on the projects gives no results which is frustrating.
I suggest to everyone to install stock JB, remove all rubbish from system/app and install custom kernel until we fix those things. Of courses if you're fine with not working camera and other few bugs, go ahead to use Kitkat.
I frequently get private messages which say "please fix camera in CM11". Please read this post before you PM me again
hope you understand we're human beings too and this is not our daily work.

@lozohcum You can add on the OP there is no need to downgrade for Tipo and Miro. Since they only have ICS from Sony

some of those issues are solved @UltraGamerHD add the fixes in our device thread Lozohcum could you add the development thread for each device in op ...so that device exclusive fixes can be posted on its respective threads by its device managers
eg -like your j requires ICS
and selecting mass storage enables USB support on E etc etc stuff like that
Those things will be added later. I am busy man.
I think all devices from TamsuiCM11 have overclocked and tuned a bit kernel so there is no need to make custom kernels for CM11.
We are including already tweaked kernels.
i have xperia E on setting i see only enable for unknown sources i dont have there mass storage enables
previous i have installed normal android 4.1.1 A 2.23 with zeus kernel 3.1 i do installation OK

Good job on translating/porting this. Just a heads up though, a Chinese variant of root explorer is included (the paid version from google play), so you might want to remove it in the next release or create a flashable script to remove it so this rom isn't taken down for having warez in it.

Zeroemd got my permission to make his own interpretation of Xperia D but we are not working togheter as for now. Nice work btw, im still fixing a broken Defy that i bought recently (microUSB port destroyed) so i cant test it but looks really good.

Well guys a poll is up regarding if the base rom should be changed. It was bound to happen since AOSB hasn't been updated since January 25 and the amount of manual fixes I can apply is limited (remember I don't build the ROMs myself), still I have applied the latest Bluetooth fixes, kernel and overclock into the rom manually. But the thing is obvious if we change base rom latest features would come fairly quickly. Keep in mind that you can choose more than one option when voting.
The other thing is that it would be nice to have a JB version of the rom, that would not have the bugs Kitkat has, simply because some users like to choose functionality over latest features.
Also this is now a Devdb project so it would be nice if we use it accordingly, bugs in the bug report tab, review in the reviews tab, etc. Of course this is optional, I have no plans on imposing silly rules in the thread either.
Thanks for new update.

@Zeroemd: This is my humble request to you, please bring next build of Xperia D with SlimKat base. Because @TJKV is doing awesome work with SlimKat and updating it very frequently. So we will able to taste the Xperia flavour with very recent changes in Rom. And lots of users are using Slimkat after CM11, so all of them will take interest in this Rom also.
Thanks for you great support and effort.

Yeah, just flash the incremental update and you are set! Unless you have reasons to wipe your phone and install the whole ROM.

I have been thinking about it too, i will reconsider after the next Stable Release. I will make a poll to see what the users want. I personally would like to make an JB build, that would not have any of the bugs we are facing in kk. Anyway I will let the people decide.
and guys please try to use the bug report tab, it would be nice. But if you guys want to report bugs in the thread it is ok also.
No I didn't flashed incremental update.

Quick battery drain
Both official and unofficial ROMs have a (very) quick battery drain
With CM11 my battery lasts 2-4 times but it has less features and now comes without the bootmenu, so I'm using this ROM anyway...
Maybe base should be changed to CM11 plus the bootmenu.
I see. Well, maybe the phone can't go into deep sleep I guess.

You can disable lockscreen notifications and active display or change OC settings and see if that helps. As for the change of base, lets see the results of the poll first.
Is anyone else facing BT problems? I can't even turn it on.

Its a problem, from the ROMs BT files. It will be solved in next version. (which will be done after the poll ends)
Base change!
The poll is now closed people!
The new base for the ROM will be CM11 for a while then, expect a new build soon.

Thanks , I ported CMX11 I'm fixing some bugs now.
I don't own an explorer, but it's really neat seeing android 4.4.4 available for this aged phone, let alone a skinned one that actually looks like it'd be fun to use.

Firstly flash back yannous recovery. Than make a full wipe. Than make 1gb Ext4 primary partition from minitool partition wizard. Than Flash twrp 2.8.7.0. And Flash superwipe.zip from twrp you can find this in yetkinglade Rom thread. Than flash Rom.
Hope this helps
