sony xperia c3 dual rooting - Framaroot

how to sony xperia c3 dual rooting ? plz answer .

looking "guide root xperia c3" through the search http://forum.xda-developers.com/sony-xperia-c/general/guide-root-sony-xperia-c3-dual-d2502-t2973589

Hi i just followed all your methods and rooted successfully but the only problem is the SONY logo is distorted and shown at down below the screen.
This makes it hard for me since I'm a shop owner and had to sell it to customers. (They won't buy a phone which logo is distorted and not original. )
Can someone point me to where I could restore the original boot.img (i think this will fix it.)
Regards,
FrozenFire.

[Q] XPeria J CWM not working

Hello everyone . I have successfully rooted the XPERIA J but after installing the CWM mentioned in the thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2033114
My Xperia can boot into recovery all right but it doesnt turn on in NORMAL mode . When I press the power button the SONLY LOGO comes up and then the phone turns off.
I had to repair it using PC Companion. Can you tell what the problem is . I changed the model number in build.prop too but it didnt help.
Can you please provide a working CWM for Xperia J ?
Need it urgently for installing CM10.
Thanks in advance.

that cwm only works on .18 & .28 fw. thats why most people like me with unlockable bootloaders are stuck on primitive stock fw no one has developed a proper cwm for locked bootloaders yet

Sony`s PC Companion can repair Boot Up problems after CWM install faild
Just watch this video on youtube and follow exactly the description on your PC Companion. Just search for this video on youtube "How to fix a (soft) bricked Sony Xperia Play( any Xperia )EASY METHOD, when stuck on the Sony logo"
Wanted to post the Link but it`s not allowed before posted at last ten contributions - sorry for that (XDA rules!)
This will fix all Xperia Models - it works so easy and pretty fast (about 20 minutes) and after that you have a phone just like brand new from the dealer with the latest software rolled out for your device in your country - sweet

[Completed] xperia arc s

hi there,
so today i got a way of unbricking my xperia arc s as it wads stuck on bootloader or u can say SONY logo
it does not charge no led blinking and even got no recovery installed and PC also does not detect the phone
so if anyone got the same problem
HERE'S THE SOLUTION:
so at first u need to download flash tool and then download ur mobile official firmware any firmware u like.
NOTE: DOWNLOad the .ftf FORMAT FILE
after that copy that to the flashtool/firmwares folder
and then run the flashtool.
click on the shock type icon in flash tool it will give 2 modes select the first mode and click OK.
it will make u select the firmware and click on the firmware and leave the rest as it is and click ok
after that the firmware will be loaded then it will ask to connect phone.
NOTE: AT THIS STEP TAKE THE BATTERY OUT FOR 5SEC THEN INSERT IT AGAIN AFTER THAT CONNECT THE DATA CABLE TO PC AND THEN ''HOLD THE BACK KEY AND CONNECT THE CABLE TO PHONE A GREEN LED WILL BE SEEN ON PHONE"'
THEN IT WILL INSTALL THE DRIVER AND AFTER THAT THE FIRMWARE WILL BE FLASHED TO PHONE IT ALMOST TAKE 3-5MINUTES ALMOST AND THEN TURN ON THE PHONE AND THE XPERIA ARC S WILL BOOT TO THE MAIN SCREEN OF UR PHONE AND UR PHONE IS AGAIN WORKING NORMALLY :good:
SORRY IF MY ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD
LET ME KNOW IF U NEED ANY KIND OF HELP!
Hi,
This would be the best place to post this,
> Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc > Xperia Arc General
I suggest you make a more detailed thread title to get attention. ?
Good luck!

did you try xperia flashtool yet you can flash the firmware from the program, but first you need xperifirm to download the necessary firmware for your device model, then create a bundle from xperia flashtool, finally flash the created firmware via flashmode.

yes please do let me know if it works.
@casaaaoui
Official tools (emma, xperia companion) are useless once bootloader is unlocked
I've been able to fix similar issue using newflasher (even though Xperia 5 is not officially supported):
- download firmware for your device model using xperifirm
- remove all .ta files (incl. those in subfolders)
- extract newflasher files to the same directory where firmware files are stored (appslog_X-FLASH-ALL-A2CD.sin, bluetooth_X-FLASH-ALL-A2CD.sin, .... newflasher.exe ... )
- connect device in flash mode - turn it off (in case of boot loops press and hold combo "volume up" + "power button" and wait till phone vibrates 3 times), after that press and hold "volume down" and connect phone to the PC (once led became green you can release "volume down" button)
- verify there's no driver issue in Device Manager
- run newflasher.exe, answer n (no) to all questions
- wait for "End. You can disconnect your device when you close newflasher", press enter and unplug your phone

Good luck
