If your boot loader is unlocked... Flash a custom recovery and then flash the SuperSU zip... No need for an exploit

hi,
i have a xperia neo l device .i want to unlock bootloader/ root / install custom rom.
but the problem is,my phone has some hardware problems( in mainboard) so i am unable to connect in fastboot mode . so unable to unlock bootloader.but adb is working.
is any option to
1) root / install cwm in my neo l with bootloader locked?
2) if no.1 not possible i want atleast root my phone.is there any method to root with adb , or one click root apk?
please tell me if there is any possibility with locked bootloader.

Recently i messed up my xpreia e c1504 by deleting some system apps i want to flash my stock rom back but how to unlock my boot loader i have the unlock key from the official site. i tried fastboot command but its stucks at waiting for devices.. please help

You flash the stock rom again using flashtool and problem solved. your bootloader will not be relocked when you flash stock rom.
who know how unbrick a Moto G this is my model XT1045 always starts in bootloader mode and say boot image failed i try update to lolipop from kit kat the bootloader is 41.1a my computer recognize the phone and charge battery via usb anyone know how unbrick with any version of lolipop or kitkat?
Use KK Firmware No Need To Flash Lollipop But Be Careful And If u Flashed Lollipop Bootloader Then Ignore The Command Line from Fastboot For Bootloader.
