Unroot and return to retail store? - AT&T LG G3

Going to exchange my Grey G3 for a white one and I'm thinking since it's just the retail store that I should be fine if I just use SuperSU to UnRoot and then factory restore through stock recovery? Anyone gone through this or anyone have any input?
Thanks.

That's exactly what I did and for the same reason. No problems at all.

I just use ADB as follows:
commands:
adb devices //checks to make sure it found your phone
adb reboot recovery //reboots into recovery

So sorry I didn't see your post. I just totally looked past it. Do you still need them? Because I can pull them from my phone and link you to them.
Also what root/file browser did you use to accomplish the change? I couldn't get it to work.

download the wallet apk and open up a file browser that had root access (root browser, root explorer don't use efs). Go to your downloads folder and long press the apk file and press copy. The go to /system/app and press paste. Find that apk you just pasted and long press. Select permissions. Give it rw-r--r-- (two boxes checked on the first line, one on the next two lines). Reboot your phone and when it's done, it should say android is upgrading. Wallet is now installed.

I updated the guide,
There are 3 steps, one is to root, 2nd is to remove icon and 3rd is to unroot. Just do the 1st and 2nd part.
I confirm it works. It went away the third time I rebooted. I only did step 2. I was already rooted.
Thanx!

Yes, though having a Nexus device, it'd be good for you to learn fastboot/adb. Comes in handy.
Cool. Thanks guys. I guess is this correct?

As aznk3vi17 says, go the adb fastboot way. You'll be better off in the long run than using a bunch of easy tools. Sooner or later you're going to get yourself into trouble where they'll come in handy.

No you won't. The download page doesn't work.
I'll probably do it later then.
IIRC it's been like that for a week or more. Just do the ADB flash. Or use Flashify. That's just as easy as Goo.
Download the Flashify app, download the TWRP recovery img file to your phone and install with flashify from your phone.

Correct. As long as you have the img file and not zip.
You'll just go in to your downloads and tap it, install with flashify and you're done. Restart the device in fastboot mode and scroll to recovery to make sure it took.

Just don't use goo manager to flash roms. It's way too easy to find a rom that is not for your device and flash it. I'll use goo to put on the recovery and then remove it from my phone

Sense 5 toolbox is likely going to need an update to deal with sense 6.
Also it is going to wonky (xposed) in general thanks to write protection....Until we get s-off or unlock and can flash an insecure kernel.
