Confirmed working on Korean F400S. Seems to work with only Kitkat.

i have try it and compare with stock camera . and the result show that stock camera better than this. it has some noise when i take a picture in low light.

Only stock seems to be able to use the ir focus.
Can download CM Apps From the playstore also which has all CM apps available to download and use.

Does it support high framerates (60/120fps)? I can't find any cameras other than the original stock one that does.
60 FPS not working
Raw-not working
Slow shutter -not working
4K -not working....
manual mode?

Hey Guys.. i have got moto x cam mostly working with my GT-I9500 TW 4.2 omega 14 ROM
here is the apk MOTOX CAM
which i got from I9505 thread.....
and the tricky part for shake to launch camera is to install
this app from Google play SHAKE
and select camera app in shake app
NOTE: It works on touch wiz rom except for slo mo and HDR
tested on 4.2 rom

NEW: LGCamera Port for Android 4.3 ALL and i9500/i9505
Hi Guys,
I have compiled the latest LGCamera App and its supporting depedancy libraries to make it work on Android 4.3 General ALL and i9500/i9505. This is a tested package and All the features are working as expected. Device to Device features might work or might not work.
"BSDgeek_Jake_LGCamera_Port_AndroidGeneric4.3ALL_i9500_i9505_CWM" to be Flashed from CWM recovery.
"BSDgeek_Jake_LGCamera_Port_AndroidGeneric4.3ALL_i9500_i9505_MANUAL" to be extracted to '/system' and manually set permissions to '0.0' (root:root) and '644' (rw-r-r). You might want to use "Root Explorer" to achieve this or your prefered explorer which has root capability.
NOTE: Before doing any modification to your device, please Remember to take Backup for your Device through CWM. Although i have tested this package thoroughly and found no issues BUT I am not responsible for any issues which might arise.

Great, thanks for this. It works great without any FC's and pics seems very clear than ones shot with TW camera.
Found two problems.
1. Even thou i chose 10M, 16:9 it always takes pictures in 4:3
2. no possibility to chose external SD card and it places pics always on internal SD.

For second one,
Since this has been taken from LG G2 & G2 doesn't support External SD, Camera app doesn't have save to External SD option.

Installed on GPE I9505g. Camera doesn't take still pictures. They look like this.
But video camera works fine.

Camera works great and a lot less lag than the Sammy camera.
Only bug I have is that when you turn the shutter sound off it still makes the sound, didnt try dual camera as its been reported now working

Google Play Edition requires a seperate modified LG Camera App since it's completely AOSP based or Pure Android.

Shutter sound bug is default problem part of Samsung firmware. Not camera app problem i think.

GPE is not Aosp based. It is based on TW.

Hi peeps, I found a camera apps that adds more features over stock or AOSP's camera.
I am still testing out but so far so good. This should work on all versions and it works fine on CM11 too.

Really really great apps, Works with jb 4.2.2 stock rom, minus the hdr and panorama mode, but the effects are much way cooler than the original s2 plus camera, a must try apps...

Huh, HDR works in CM11 though. It's weird to hear that it doesn't work on 4.2.2 stock. Thanks for the review on 4.2.2 stock. :laugh:

No, you can still choose which to use. I prefer this on normal shoot because it will turn on auto-brightness for me. Panorama will go for CM's camera.
Based on my daughters' claim (which is the main user of the tablet) I moved from STOCK P5110 to OmniROM, but unfortunately the cam application is FAR AWAY from the samsung stock camera.. And in fact, my daugther miss a lot the stock cam...
Does anybody have the stock samsung cam for 5110?
Should It work on a NON STOCK rom? (in my case Omni KK)
of course, if ported N2 cam (wich includes slow motion), better.. :laugh:

As far as I know, it's not possible to use Samsung's stock camera on any AOSP based rom.
Ok. In case samsung cam cannot run on AOSP roms.. any recomendation for a playstore app with several options & kinda slow motion?

Other than HDR+ and photo sphere kind of Google camera specific features, this Moto cam mod is superior to the Google Camera port that we have.
Better try the Oneplus 5 camera mod .. Its good

The best camera.
Really this was the only camera i got for Redmi Note 4X, without the dark video bug. Finally i can reuse my AOSP Extended Custom Rom.

Slow motion video quality is really pathetic, but it's also bad on MIUI so not sure if bug..
2160p video recording at 19fps.

Sample shot with hdr on, overall very nice but colors a bit off, for example wall behind color is almost orange (dark curry) but on pic looks yellowish..
You guys be the judge, the darker photo is from Google camera HDR mod and the lighter one is from this thread.
As said above the colors are a bit off because the clears the photo way too much still I can't complaint it really lights up the pictures, I'm gonna keep both and use Google cam for daylight and this one for night time

What version of your google camera? I use ver4.4 with hrd+ but still not working

Same version with camera config nexusexp2017, I'm on slim7 1.10 and electrablue kernel, no issues whatsoever.

Really very good camera app everything is working fine. It struggles a bit to shift focus but really awesome
For some reason it doesn't work for me. It says camera error please restart camera even though I've manually given all the permission... I'm on AOSP 15, someone got any idea why?

You may need to edit the build.prop file and enable the persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1 and it will work.
does google camera get dark too? if not, please send me link
