Copy the APK to the root of the SD-CARD
Open /system via Solid explorer or ES File explorer
Go to /system/app paste the APK here
Overwrite the exisiting SystemUI.apk
Set permissions to rwrr
Reboot the phone or it will reboot itself.

SystemUI.apk
NOTE:
This MOD will only work in deodexed ROMs. And this is the Stock ROM deodexed SystemUI.apk, this theme will not come. You can apply this theme by XTheme Engine. THEME NAME: Flow.

How to install:
1: Open Root Browser/Mi File Explorer/ES File Explorer.
2: Goto data/local.
3: If you find a file named bootanimation.zip then create a backup of it! and paste the bootanimation.zip in that folder
4: If no bootanimation.zip found in that folder then dont't worry just paste the bootanimation.zip (DOWNLOADED) in the folder!

HOW TO INSTALL:
1-download FmRadio.apk
2-use ES file explorer if you don't have, download here
3-in the ES file explorer copy the FmRadio.apk (see the first pass)
4-go to /system/app and paste FmRadio.apk
5-change the FmRadio permissions to -rw-r--r--
6-reboot your device

I have a Blue Themed TWRP that I liked on my Nexus but since it is 3.0.2 it wouldn't work on the Xperia 2.8.7 version. I used some of the buttons and changed some colors and did what I could to imitate it. This is what I have so far. Might tweak it later or make more colors. Make a folder in your TWRP folder on your main sdcard called "theme". Rename this zip to just ui.zip and put it in the theme folder. That is it.
