I'm pretty sure it's a theme. needs deodexed I think. If I'm wrong please tell me cos also looking for 1 but all I got is an app that sits on the left side of notification bar
at this point is is impossible to add % to the original battery by the use of an apk.
you need to modify the theme (framework-res.apk). more info here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=7113274#post7113274

[MOD][Xposed] Lime Xposed Battery 😁

Lime Xposed Battery
Should work on most hdpi and xhdpi devices.
It is a 1% Battery Mod to use with @rovo89's Xposed framework.
Make sure you have Xposed Framework installed, click on the 'Module'
header and activate the Lime Battery. Reboot your device and enjoy!
IF you are on 4.3 and have a Nexus 4,
refer to the modded Xposed Framework here!!

the answer is very simple - the battery indicator decreases by 1% insted of 5% (most stock roms), so you know better how much juce your phone still have

I am looking for a specific feature in a rom

I've always thought that it be a cool feature to have in a rom that shows the full date in the top left corner of the notification bar and then when a notification shows up it goes away to show the icon of the notification.
Is there a rom that has this feature? Or perhaps a theme that was made that puts this feature on the rom? Thanks for the help.
Some Roms have status bar customizations. I don't know if they let you align to left. But you can do center or right. See attached screen of the ROM I am using atm. Beergang.

Yeah I'd like something like that. I guess that one doesnt let you align to the left?
No, just center and right. I don't know if I have seen align left. It might be out there though.

Can you tell me which one? There is so many I can't tell. Not really familiar with all the elements there.
If you decompile systemui, it'll be in response/layout/status_bar_expanded.xml
