Tried to extract the Messaging.apk from Cyanogenmod ROM?
Just extract the zip file, go to /system/apps and look for Messaging.apk, transfer to your phone and install it.

He means upload the settings file(apk) here so that he can build one for core @vvaibhavv I think u can copy it from grand duos it's hw is almost same as core's(somewhat)

I have downloaded and tesred it today thank you very much but can anyw make this work I mean it does work but it can't replace the original settings ui
Using titanium back up I tried to freeze the original system settings ui then pushed as system app the new setting but it just ends up the system ui error

hey guys here the galaxy s5 widget
you need to replace this apk with old one apk
and this only works on stock base 4.2 ROM not for Samsung stock base
>copy apk and paste on system>app
> fix permission
> reboot
> enjoy

It may not be working if you are on different firmware or have different build number. Ask someone who has the same as yours.

So you have to fully restore system partition with flash stock firmware. Go browse on google to find your stock firmware GT-I8262B and flash it via odin with latest version
And you also browse on google ''how to flash firmware with odin"
