Android 4.4 updates its SELinux configuration from "permissive" to "enforcing"
And now?
Let's talk...

So what? I'm on 4.3.1 and I have it set to Enforcing. I really don't see what your point is.

Settings >About phone > scroll down to SElinux Status and tap 7 or 8 times to enable it. Expect it to start causing issues though, if you don't edit your profiles and contexts.

Did you try stock recovery and xposed framework with the "Official" spoof mod?
I found it works with my Allshare cast on my Note 3 like that...

You need to root your tablet, install xposed framework. In the App you will find a section to download modules. There's one there that is cosmeticsyscopenormalizer. It spoofs the Status in settings back to "Official".
I also have the stock recovery so it looks like it is all official. Seems to work well with allshare cast dongle....

Call reject and blocking

In earlier versions of android there was a way to maintain a blacklist of phone numbers to reject. But I can't find this in android 4.4.2. Did they remove it?
No, there's no native feature like that..
However, you can try this out : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mrnumber.blocker
Not sure whether it works or not..

Are you on stock or custom rom?
If your on a custom rom then there is a blacklist setting under the phone dialer and under security. You can block calls/texts and unknown numbers. It's a very nice feature

I remember that, it must have been the ASOP dialer because it is not in the new Google Dialer. I ran Carbon on my Nexus 4 and remember that feature so I would say it is a feature of ASOP dialer.
Yes it used to be there and I recall a YouTube that showed how to use it. I'm on stock 4.4.2 and it's no longer there.
I'm afraid all the phone blocking apps probably just steal your contacts......
Too bad.

Not on my Nexus 5, stock rom. Maybe you have a custom rom.
I've used root call blocker from play store. Works great. Free version is a bit limiting tho. But still good. And stable. For me anyway.

Yeah. We already have enough on our plate, and to be honest, a lot of people need a bit of a break before L drops so we're not fried from the beginning.
I have no intention of doing L feature backports/reimplementations.

Cyanogenmod on Galaxy S7

Hi guys. I have bought a Galaxy S7 2-3 months ago. I am still on stock rom, also never rooted on s7. Is there someone out there interested in building CM for S7? I saw that someone has built cm for s7 edge and booted it,so it is possible. Thanks to everyone who will answer
If you can build for yourself I already have the source on my github for the flat S7 https://github.com/JapRainGoggles

You need to make an edit to the kernels arm64 config before it will compile but when you try the make error will tell you where the file is if you don't know

Yeh,well I know that building CM for Exynos is hard, but they have done it in the past. Look at Galaxy S3. I had an i9300 and it still works with CM

Not impossible... I've done it before on Exynos devices and fixed everything for AOKP on OnePlus2 (got it to official) but that was a SD SoC

Ya i kinda like touchwiz(stupid name i know), can you imagine an aosp camera on the s7? That'll be a cluster**** of a mess, no instant focus, no sdcard support, no nothing, just a featureless app. Try the google camera and you'll see what i mean, takes 1 second to take a pic.
