Instructions For Flashing Firmware:
- Extract (unzip) the firmware file
- Download Odin3 v3.09 Mod Edit on links.or here)
- Extract Odin .ZIP file
- Open Odin3 v3.09
- Restart phone in download mode (Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons)
- Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
- Add I9505XXUEMJ7_I9505ITVEMJ8_I9505XXUEMJ7_HOME.tar.md5 to AP
- Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
- Click start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
- If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)
- Then choose reboot and you should be good to go!

I haven't tested it myself but a user on Chainfire's CF-Auto-Root thread says it is not working.

I haven't tested it but it should work. A lot of users have succeeded in rooting their Qualcomm-based Galaxy S4s using Motochopper.

Separate modem and kernel packages from I9505XXUAMDM firmware are availlable for download in 3rd & 4th post.

This post was reported as a duplicate, we already have one "official stock firmware" thread for this model. Second one is not needed.

The downloads available for the SGH-I337M at sammobile.com/firmwares are seven in number, and match the number of downloads available currently at Samsung updates. Since the downloads at sammobile show six for Canada, and one for Tanzania, it is pretty safe to assume that the SOL region is Tanzania.

This is mostly for people who want to return to stock. But I think there might already be one for recovery but not sure maybe someone will post.

The VMC Canadian (Virgin) appear to be the cleaner rom on carrier software
is there a carrier named Virgin in Canada? or is virgin because is clean stock rom?

There is a Carrier in Canada Called Virgin Mobile. So no its not a Virgin haha

Just use the default settings in Odin and flash the .md5 using PDA.

i m the rogers version, and wanna flash telus or virgin or bell fireware, but everytime i flash, and restart will jump back to rogers, how to change successfully?

I think if you have CSC set to rogers , even if you flash virgin version (which also i think contains rogers stuff) it will still be roogers , try to change your CSC

which version of Odin should I use to flash the firmware? I have only used 1.84 and used PDA, but the 3.09 version has PA and CSC, so would I just use PA? will it change all the AP, CP, and CSC?

Ive tried flashing just about all these roms with no luck since updating to 4.4. If you search around im sure you can find the S5 port that works with our phone. but it is quite buggy, but nice.
