I just want to know the differences b/w these two models!
1.C2105 got ,36 update and C2104 didn't
2.Album bug is not present in C2105
3.No superior auto mode in C2104 but it is present in C2105
Why does this happen? I mean they both are the exact same devices or not!?

From what I gather from the GSMArena webpage on Xperia L (http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_l-5363.php), the two models are for two sets of 3G bands. Rest is all same for both devices.
One would find two or more models with different bands in the US as they are carrier-specific. In India, you'll almost always find phones with the most general and widespread range of bands so as to be applicable to all carriers. I think this divide mainly occurred due to the difference in the way carriers work in the US and in India (or elsewhere). I think I'm right, but somebody should confirm this :good:
EDIT: after browsing a little, I found that the updates have hit both models. You might want to try updating via PC as well.
EDIT 2: Tried updating from PC, no updates available. -_-

1. You're wrong, C2104 got it too
2. You're wrong, because my C2105 got that bug too, the way too bring album back is go to settings > Apps > Album > Clear Data > Tap multitasking icon > close album app > open album app again
3. You're wrong, because my C2105 has no superior auto mode, but demo versions have that feature,
I hope sony fix all the bugs soon, like camera bug and more...

Superior Auto mode automatically activates HDR and noise reduction when they’re needed.

A feature where your phone/camera suggests camera scenes/modes automatically...so the picture quality will be much better than on auto/normal mode...

And if the kernels are same cant the C2105 be ported to C2104
The only other way to update is if someone gets the ftf file of .36 for c2104.

that's not bug bro.. it's because of ' project butter '..
enable "Disable Hw overlays " on developer options n check...
Very good app indeed but... maybe someone can resolve the "shakes" when starting it.

i think , it wont work on cm10
I am using xperia e ss and i have installed xboost rom with ics recovery kernel posted by xmoose. The rom is excellent and has no lag and the ram optimisation is amazing. the only issue i am facing is whenever i enable my data access over mobile network it shows enabled in the settings and the notification slot too but it doesnt connects at all. idk why is this occurring in my device. I have followed each and every step correctly and have no other issue but this one. what should i do.

I had the same issue. What I did was:
1. Connect to a wifi network.
2. Go to Settings > Dual Sim card > Untick Sim 1 and then tick it again
3. Go to Settings > Xperia^tm > Internet settings.
It will download the settings and then it should work, hopefully.

I've read that Kitkat is so close to be finished by Cyanogenmod. :victory: I'm so looking forward to release.
Sony will never give us Kitkat officialy.. (in my opinion).
But it isn't official yet, I'll just waiting for official Sony Mobile and Sony Developers statements...

Yes, but if you want to you can unlock it. It isn't hard. I 've seen here topic how to do it somewhere. But some of XL cannot be unlocked thats true. We'll see

Yep, It's based on stock, as you can see on the second screen kernel is vengeance.
I wish someone would make z2 look-alike rom based on cm10 though.

Not works on locked bootloader, i follow the typical steps for install a rom on locked bootloader.
1.-Connect The Phone Via USB with debug USB activated
2.-Flash CWM with the cmd (install.bat)
3.-Flash CWM With Flashtool
4.- Go to CWM
5.- Wipe data/cache/dalvick cache
6.- Format system/data/cache
7.- Flash the rom
8.- Fix Permissions
9.- Pull the battery
10.- Flash stock kernel with flashtool.
And when i turn on the phone the sony logo its apears and after that its reboot and after that its still on sony logo, the rom haves bootanimation?

Working nicely on stock and much more free memory than Satrio... Only thing I noticed so far is no APN values when trying to download internet+MMS settings.
