question regarding ROM FOR X05HT.PLEASE HELP

Hello,am new here and i have a question regarding my HTC pro (xo5ht)by softbank japan.
i need to change the OS from Japanese to English
i just wonder what the best rom for it?
i mean i am just a beginner here and trying to learn .
so first do i have to unlock the Phone (sim free)??
then whats next ???
any details about how to do the upgrade rom?
and is there any way to ghost my current one now in case if i wants to go back to the original( same as in Windows?
as i said i have no clue.
i try to search the forum but many opinions and many answers ....

hello sir , madam, bro , sis ,and all devs of i am learning to make Rom from two weeks , i used all method explaining in the Thread but i always succeed with fail . i want to be Dev and wanna do something for android but i am fail always due to half knowledge can anyone help me out to port a rom for just one time please .
Dev's please help me out , you know most of things and please share these things cause by sharing nothing loose by you but you gate alot of friends and thankfulness and ........... i don't know the word "tht is which you get from god "
so please help me

Hello Frends !
I buy a new HTC s720t (ONE XT ) , and its work fine , but there is a problem on this phone i dont have a PlayStore (Google Play) from were can i download aplications , soo pls someone give e a solution what to do , i can find any post about this if someone know something pls HELP me ,
Soo if there is any room with PlayStore pls give me link or send me email here PLS HELP : [email protected]

I replied to you in the Themes and Apps section. Creating multiple threads with the same issues is not allowed on XDA. This question should have been posted in the question and answer section. Once again your model phone isn't supported in the HTC One XL Evita forum. Please see my reply in the Themes and Apps section.

Help needed asap!!! Fake iphone 6+ to android??

Hey guys...... A noob here....
I need the answer for this ASAP!!!
My friend bought a FAKE iPhone 6+ and Obviously it doesn't have the actual IOS.....
I'll post down below the screenshots for the ABOUT tab for the model number nd etc......
Can anyone pls clear my doubt that can i REMOVE THE EXISTING (FAKE)IOS ND INSTALL any ANDROID TO IT??
Would appreciate if u replied whether i can do this or not....
