A few people on reddit bought it and they said it has been great so far in terms of fitment. One had the carbon one and the other I believe had titanium or leather.
Really liking the look of the titanium one, might order one later this week. If anyone beats me to it, please post pictures!

What do u mean by protective? it'll prevent the glass from scratching but don't expect any drop protection

That's exactly why I bought one..tired of having to find a rough cloth to put the phone on so it doesn't slide all over the place. Purchased a carbon fiber one, hoping I get it next week.

I love it! lol, nexus doesn't slide every where now and it makes the phone look pretty awesome, can't speak for the leather looking ones but the carbon fiber one looks amazing. I'll take pics with my friends phone later.
I definitely recommend this if you don't mind covering up the glass back, I prefer it this way TBH, the effect is cool, but not cool engh I'd keep this sort of protection off.
Just received my titanium skin, it looks fantastic. Haven't applied it yet (I'm at work; haven't even taken it out of its vinyl pouch), but here's a quick picture so you can get an idea of the texture. I scratched at it a bit, it feels a lot harder than you'd expect.
Finally applied it, took maybe five minutes. The fit is perfect and it feels very nice. Photos don't really do it justice.

I'm only a four-hour drive away, so not counting the weekend, it took a couple of days. Probably going to order a couple more now that I know what I'm dealing with (ridiculous precision, easy application, amazing results).

I didn't watch the video with sound yet... but it doesn't look like a full aluminum case... just a bumper (ie, the back isn't covered) so there should be no signal loss. He also stated there is "doesn't off(er) protection to back & camera.". So I think its just a bumper.
There are other threads that show that you have no issues w/ wireless unless you use an aluminum back.

Yes, you're right. It is a bumper case. I've heard even with the full aluminum cases that you only lose one bar of signal so it still wouldn't be that bad.

Yeah.. I did.. I got it from ebay. I explained that in the video and on annotations. Only reason I didn't post a link is because ebay links change a lot. Just go on ebay, type in Luxury Aluminum Bumper Galaxy S 4, look for a US seller, and look for an aluminum bumper picture with indents on the side of the case. You'll find it. I highly recommend it too btw. I've been using it for a week and it looks great and feels good in the hand.

After installing it right the second time, it does feel nice and tight. Don't worry I am too . Its like 15 dollars with free shipping. It is totally worth it! It does give the phone a premium feel and look!

Very good review. Couple suggestions... turn off auto-focus on your camera and then pick up a piece of white posterboard stock and a couple of desk lamps at Target or K-Mart. Something along the lines of this. With your existing good narration, your videos will be near pro quality.

Yeah but try using NFC with a full aluminum case. There is a reason Apple makes the top and bottom of the back of the iPhone 5 out of glass. instead of it being edge to edge aluminum on the back. Full aluminum definitely affects reception.

Apple actually puts the bluetooth and wifi radios under the glass pieces on the back panel. So they probably didn't see it as being a good idea to put those under the aluminum as well. An aluminum bumper with a nice glass, polycarbonate back could work well though.
Anyone using one of them? Interested in purchasing one, curious to hear feedback from someone using one.

i ordered one on friday, so i should be getting it in a few days. i've heard nothing but great things about it, so i have high hopes. i'll let you know what i think, and i'll take some pictures (i got the green one and i have a white s4).

I have it and love it. I had it on the S3 and they have increased the quality and usability with the preview window and the ability for it stay flipped out without it flipping back to closed due to design. The fact that you can answer calls with it closed is awesome.

I was talking about the full case from Samsung not the s view cover. I ended up picking up the light blue one from a local best buy. Only had it on for an hour or so but I have to say I'm really liking this case. Doesn't add Much weight or bulkiness to the phone and still feels very solid. Pretty impressed.
Edit: my only gripe so far is that the headphone cut out is a little small. Headphones with a straight plug work just fine but if they have a curve they don't fit into the slot... kind of a bummer as I use an auxiliary cord in my car.

I have this case for over a month now, and I'm pretty much happy with it. The only thing I didn't like was that here in Saudi Arabia, only 3 colors were available for sale, Blue, White and Pink. I know there is a Black/Dark Grey variant of this protective cover but unfortunately it's not available here.
Here is a simple review that I manage to put:
Official Samsung Protective Cover+ for Galaxy S4
Pros
A simple yet functional design.
Protects the whole back and sides of the phone without the bulky appearance and feel.
It also protects the glass cover of the primary camera by giving it a few millimeters of clearance from the back.
Sturdy back, conforming and flexible sides for easy installation and removal.
The cover for the Volume Rocker and Power Button is soft and easy on the fingers. Doesn't give that rigid feel like other cases on the market.
There is an available slot if you like putting a hand or neck strap on your phone.
Cons
There is a little bit of space between the phone and the case, and if left unattended, dirt may settle-in. At least monthly, remove the phone from the case and clean it with a soft moistened piece of cloth with a non-alcohol based cleaning solution.

A top notch case! I had one for my note 2 which had a gloss but the one for my S4 is a flat sheen (Navy). Among the best cases I have used for my phones.

mine came in the mail today. i gave my little mini-review of it in another thread, so this is just copy and pasted:
this case definitely lives up to all the hype i've been reading about it. the buttons respond really, really well; and it's a nice combo of soft materials on the sides and a hard plastic back. if the green was more lime (or neon), this would be my daily driver without a question. since my "negative" isn't even really a negative, i would highly recommend this case.

Reasons plastic covers are good is that if you drop your phone and your cover cracked or become ugly somehow, you can buy a replacement easily unlike the xperia z1/2 and iPhone 5s

leather vs aluminum
I have no problem with the plastic back, I think it feels nice and practical. I would much rather have real metal around the body, instead of the shiny plastic. This current material is the most sensitive to scratching and to getting chipped.
Metal body means a sealed phone almost all the time. I'll take a plastic body if it means I can get to the battery. It's what's inside that counts. I'll always choose capabilities over looks, and I'll never understand why people do different.

i am glad my phone is plastic rather than aluminum, the state my old htc desire was in after a few drops, it just dents and gets sharp edges, maybe the quality of the materials have improved since my desire days, but just my opinion , also the phone is lighter!
+10 for all the comments... The plastics used in todays Samsung devices have many more benefits than drawbacks... leather would have been impractical if not impossible so that's a non-issue... aluminum blocks and distorts signal and dents very easily on a drop... plastics keep the cost down when replacing back covers and allow accessibility, good signal characteristics, resilience, and many options for fit and finish.... I wouldn't change a thing

plastic or not just get a good cover (you may find metal covers) and forget about the problem,the phone is sturdy enough well built no crackling or so and so light in weight due to that plastic and have nice specifications top notch,i do not like leather for the sake of animals !!!! hahaha

It clearly says Faux Leather in the specs. So if you feel cheated, you should've read the specs.
I've yet to find a case anywhere online other than that one shown from the event. And the one from the event doesn't really show it in detail. Has anyone found cases anywhere else hopefully with more detail?

That's a great surprise that UAG is making a case for the Note Edge. I emailed them about 1-2 months ago asking if they were going to create a case for the Note Edge but they said they had no plans to do so. So I am very happy to say the least!

From the appearance, I don't know how it would protect the "edge" screen if the phone were to land on that side directly. But, having a case like a UAG would make me feel more at ease carrying the phone around.
Things are looking up for the Note Edge because it now will have a UAG case + Zero Lemon responded to an email I sent a few months ago mentioning they are working on an extended battery.
The only thing that the Note Edge would be lacking is a tempered glass protector(which I really hope some company releases) and the lack of compatibility with the Samsung Gear VR.
I've also seen wireless charging backs for the note edge, kind of pissed that it's still not included out should i say isn't built in but at least I know there out there,I believe I saw them on eBay, both in black and white

Thats the one I order. Mines should be in this week.
There are 2 versions, one woth the edge part open to access it. The other it would be close like a note 4.
I doubt there would be many cases that would protect the edge while still letting you be able to use it.
Lol this reminds me of "the Santa Claus", "wgat if I fall off a roof tho"
But o do remember a giy doing a review and he said that there is a lip on the phone (metal side) that should hit before the glass. Due to it sticking out more then the glass and big heavier.

The rim that runs along the side of the frame. Actually, I just found out that is the only metal part of the phone from a product specialist. The rest is plastic.

My Flip Wallet case was delivered today. Initially I wasn't so sure about a case that left the edge screen uncovered but I must say it looks the boss!
