i searched for this a long time and didn't find a solution. i tried the usb charging commander (http://www.modaco.com/topic/333406-usb-charging-commander/ | which i think was your way to disable it, because its written for zte blade) on gingerbread but without success. maybe it works on jb?

USB charging is automatic, afaik. There ain't any way to disable it yet...

I have problem with stock recovery on jb. I can't see any zip's. I downloaded cwm recovery and when i try to flash, it doesn't appears in any folder. I have tried putting it in folders on internal and external sd and it does nothing. What's the problem?

There should be a way to flash it through download mode, or Odin. If not, reflash JB update, and put some other zip and see if it is visible in recovery.

I'm not really familiar with the Ace II flashing process, do link me to the page from where you got the JB update as well as the CWM recovery and I'll look into it.

Please provide a little bit more detail on that. If your SIM card is not recognized, try reflashing JB.

Follow step 2 if you flash the recovery that's enough
For root flash the zip in the thread.
Edit : I saw that the thread is deleted a ad the method by my tread

Not working on my phone. Ruined all the apps (Force Close all applications). Even the settings menu is not accesible. And notification area is not present anymore. I have to reinstall the rom now. Any idea what went wrong ? I have root and SU works fine (i have permitions to write system files).
PS: Funny thing : 'cause the phone app is not working when the phone rings the screen remains black . But when i unlock i can still see the missing calls . So i can make a call but i cannot close it =)) This would be a great thing for a prank 'cause i cant answer the phone either.
Problem in framework Res bro...check your baseband...framework Res gives forceclose if you on different baseband...only way to flash any zip on any baseband is deodexed ROM....

Since you don't have the GB bootloaders it's recommended you follow this guide. This will allow you to install any GB/ICS/JB roms that are available for the SGS4G.

Hi all,
I know UITA has stopped support for this rom. I was just wondering if I can still get this rom.
Can somebody help.
Thanks.
PM sent.
May I ask why you want outdated firmware and mods?
If you choose to flash, advise to not install V6SuperCharger or CrossBreeder mod from aroma. Install from the respective dev thread.
Cheers,
UITA

[ROM][4.2.2][[Stock Samsung]S2 Plus Ported Rom For i9103 by i98

S2 PLUS PORTED ROM FOR I9103 BY I98
Hello
Seeing that this device didn't get an official jb update from samsung,I have made an attempt of porting the s2 plus 4.2.2 rom to the galaxy r, I still haven't tested this yet as I don't own the device, but i'm pretty sure you will not get a hard brick from this.
Anyway, the rom is slimmed down and contains only the basics, if the rom is confirmed to be bootable then I will continue with this project and add some useful stock apps and probably mod it.
So please give me feedback if this is working as I have spent my valuable time on this, if it worked for you then great!if it doesn't please provide a logcat.
This rom is an experimental build, use it at your own risk
Thank you
