Better battery stats? How to use - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Hey guys so I'm trying to determine if using IMO messenger kills my battery much faster. This is what BBS says.

Better Battery Stats is awesome when you know how to use it, I bought it and its really cool... I would not do it justice to try and explain exactly how to use this, however read this thread, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809 , especially POST #3 and click on the 'how to' and 'online guide' .. best thing you can do is read those twice and you'll understand everything you need to about wakelocks and BBS

OK cool will read them. In the mean time does it look like not using IMO will get me a lot of extra battery time?

On the serious note: Are you using 4.1.6? I frankly DID notice a better battery life than 4.1.5.
I use my phone A LOT, and charge 3 times a day. So, it depends how you use it.
As for the screen off part, check your apps - there might be one or two draining that battery too fast.

Normal Android OS usage?

Just curious what is considered normal for android OS usage? Mine shows 9-20% range when I check it under my settings.

It's a Russian botnet used to topple the UN!
Haha, but, seriously, it's just the underlying system processes, such as brightness regulation, network regulation; you know, system stuff.
Edit: Oh, I thought you asked what it was. I feel like an idiot. Mine is around 19-20, but that's because I have a lot of crap tacked onto it.
All I have is Facebook and twitter and they are set to manual everything. Do you think that this looks normal? It used to be at 4% up until last week and it's really bothering me. I haven't downloaded anything new.

Lookout battery hog on my Infuse

Check this out? LOOKOUT was being a bit of a hog if i understand this correctly.
Installed it 5 days ago but will revert back to seekdroid.
And yes I verified Lookout wasn't doing backups or anything...

Check the graph, he recharged it three times.
Yes I recharged it a few times and was just surprised at the % usage behavior of that app.

Damn... I have it but its not even on that list. My most usage is with the display.

Another battery question....

This one is simple. What is stock screen display hours ( roughly ) on stock battery. I forgot to check before I rooted and put new ROMs on. I'm at 2.5 hours now and have 50% battery left. Thanks.
Android 4 Life
That's pretty good! I normally get 2.5-3 hrs of screen on time total.
Y is my screen crazy high..

Cause you been looking at it. LOL % don't matter. Actual time on compared to other processes is what the % is. Long press each and it will tell you how long they been awake.

Wakelocks

Hello everyone. I really like pretty much everything about my Razr HD but I've been getting less than ideal battery life. Usually like, 14 hours (maybe 3-5 screen on) puts me at like, 20%. And many days I'm getting loads of wakelocks, as you can see in the included screen shot.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what is causing the wakelocks. Or how to find out? Thanks!

Use BetterBatteryStats to find out which apps are causing the most wakelocks. Google Maps is usually a pretty big offender.
