Hi all,
Today I post my custom repack based the Finale Revision CyanogenMod 9.
Above all else I was thanked all the people who work hard on the development and adaptation of the CyanogenMod rom on our little Htc Explorer.

nice wor, but i will wait to get full functionality (im using camera and videoplayer lol )

My leaving cert. french finally has a use but id much prefer if this was in english, does aroma have an option to choose language at the start of the installation process

If you make this in English, then it will be useful for most people.
So please keep English as default language.

Nice build! Tried it and works fine for me (no freezes or more of "bug-stuff). Keep with the work and power for next builds!

Please keep it in English!! And video doesn't work at all not even In s/w coding ?? Does it have userinit.d support?? Btw commendable work brother!!

In terms of video playback, I semple that I described in my first post that does not work, except for youtube. After Roma was set up in the language of my country, but I will also set by default in English. So there will be 2 version English and French.

if developers unite, camera bug can be fixed easily.

Ok been using it for two days now and have to say its working good. Tried to use s2e but get stuck in the superuser installed link2sd which works. The display glitches appear every now and then but not very often. The only thing that irritates me a bit is the battery drain. I have to charge it every day and im not a heavy user at all, anyone else the same battery problem or how to solve it?

Every superuser app works, titanium ,market enabler ?? Does voice search work??
EDIT--please confirm this!! Navigate to /system/etc and check if a folder called init.d present!! Use es file explorer!!
Use juice defender app ..its quite useful for battery issues!!

Nope superuser apps arent working for me, s2e, titanium backup, etc all not working
otherwise its a pretty stable build

Then y is superuser is in "working" list!! I was really excited about this build just because of superuser!!

U can watch how the battery drains. Hopefully this version fix all issues with the battery.

Sorry for doublepost, but I remember why I gave MIUI a miss:
It's the missing USB Tethering. I can't connect to the internet from my device via PC. There is simply no option for this. I need it, because i share a lot of datas from device to the internet and 2 kb's up is way to less.

Just installed this ROM and it has made my Desire HD a whole new device! I was almost ready to get rid of it and by an iPhone 4 but I think this ROM will make me keep the DHD a little longer.
I have a couple of questions:
The Home button doesn't work. Is this a generic MIUI thing or is it just this particular ROM?
There are still lots of labels with Chinese text. Again is this generic to the English translation ROM or particular to this ROM?
What are the two Widgets on the 2nd and 3rd screenshot on page 1?
The SMS App doesn't automatically show the contact names, only after opening the conversation thread for the first time. How can I force it to show the names automatically?

Your home button should be working and there shouldn't be any text in Chinese after you install, if there is follow these steps:

I dunno about the home button, it works fine in my version and should in this one too, maybe an error during the flashing process.

Home Button should work.. try again an full wipe with the wipe tool

Home button works again after reflash.
Chinese characters are showing up in the power menu when you drag down the notifications bar and the Guest Mode in the Power Button menu. Only in English though, German seems to be fine.

Not with me.
Also after a Titanium restore (missing apps + system data) AND a reboot the Home button does not function anymore.

i thought about an fix for the chines characters.. but is it realy such important? Tomorrow we have a real new build

In the meantime I have installed the 'stock' MIUI English ROM.

Awaiting for you to test the ROM and let me know the issues you encounter..for fine-tuning and performance enhancement.

ROM INSTALLATION Instruction:
1) BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA 1st
2) Copy the SDCARD Folder content to your Sdcard
3) Open Terminal : Type " reboot download".
4) Connect mobile to pc/laptop and launch the Odin (included in the download)
5) Select tar as one package and select apollo_0531.ops file as ops.
6) Click Start to trigger flashing Process.
7) A Yellow/Orange color triangle will come - press the left key.
8) Do A " wipe data /factory reset or choose extended wipe menu option and then Reboot.
9) Booting will take 10 -12 min initially during 2 initial booting , later it will take lesser time (so don't panic).
10) When booting completes You can then go-to the preferences ( click left button--> preferences --> restore back) of launcher to restore its icons from Sdcard.
I have tested this ROM and used multiple apps ( music , chat , GPS and Brosing ) at one go no freezes as of now.
Note : you need to have your sd card partitioned before to use App2sd script.If Any issue comes do update me will release the update ASAP.

There is another launcher i.e TwLauncher from Stock ROM which you can remove via Titanium backup Tool.

Well , I'hv worked on the performance front to reduce the screen freezes and still working on it .. when it is released , I hope ..everyone will try it.

Best of luck, looks like a nice rom.
There are some spelling mistakes, plz don't mind it but correct them as such mistakes leaves a careless impression .
Here they are- "Zipaligned", "Extended Power menu", and Did you checked your rom? Battery performance, smoothness etc because even if some people love flashing there phones for good, its pain to backup restore and setup your personal layouts, tweaks and accounts etc again and again especially in the case when you are unimpressed by a rom and have to revert to the previous one (I had such an experience) + Do mentions which of the stock apps you have removed and which of them are left.. Most of the people are just not going to port to "A JUST ANOTHER ROM" so plz Put it in BIG RED FLASHY FONT that why should people use it but the developers. Wishing you best of luck and yeah A nice banner would be a cherry on the top

I would suggest u to provide the Image of your rom for multibooting, quite natural as you're launching it with G3Mod 1.9.

Them is very very nice
CWM recovery is in the rom or only in the kernel?
Because if anyone flash a rom with cwm in the kernel and then switch to a fugumod kernel he has samsung recovery (completely useless)
So implement it in the rom

Internal memory is 181MB after flashing. .you can see the screenshot above. . no i hvnt added sms modded app.

Not at the moment no.. SENSEaY and Pyramid3D are my biggest priority's i am just carrying this one on because its awesome and xboarder cant Im dropping a few other ROMs that arnt being updated anyways so will be mostly just these 3 for the moment

The Rom is AROMA wip and reboot, you just have to install
1 - Have installed the firmware XXKPE (full version = wipe = data loss) and KPU
2 - Root KPU with CF Universal Root> http://www.mediafire.com/?dqxt5cultx7pxx4.
3 - Install the Rom in recovery (install zip from sdcard).
4 - Wait around 1 minutes to enter code pin.
5 - Add network wifi and connect, Version lower last 2.6.1 or use backup wifi
6 - Reboot recovery and patch Multi lang zip

Great Job.The rom is fast and smooth.Some Apps like Messaging and Package Installer gives force close.All other apps are fine.

Exactly. Patience guys .Why dont we see it this way - Once we have an ICS without any bugs then we'l have many roms to flash Doing a great work buddy .

I am stuck at Samsung Boot logo after flashing it, it keeps on running in loop there, I tried this method XXKPE(clean) -> XXKPU -> Cf root provided in post -> Pandora from SD card, any solutions?

BRILLIANT WORK buddy !!!
Very Nice ROM
No major bugs, just a few little Force Closes. A little lag is there but that I think can be solved
a) by upgrading to latest CM9 build
b) by tweaking kernel
Overall a beautiful ROM.
A suggestion:
Plz create a lite edition(100-120MB) with no extras. Thanks !

To solve problem with Messaging Force Close do this
1. Go to Settings>Complete Settings>Apps>All>Messaging>Clear Data (IT WILL REMOVE ALL YOUR MESSAGES . TAKE BACKUP FIRST)
2. Download the attached Mms.apk and replace it in /System/app with Root Explorer and match the Permissions. Permissions will look like this

3. Reboot

Also in this version you cant create Calendar entries without Google Account but it was possible with last version. I have attached files and the procedure is same as for Messaging.
Now looking for solution of Package Installer Force Close.....

- A I9305/T/N with a custom Recovery installed (CWM, Philz, TWRP etc.)

STEPS​​
- Copy the files over to your SD Card (Main ROM plus any other addons)
- Make a backup of your phone
- Restart your phone into Recovery Mode
- Do a FULL Wipe (Optional, but recommended and especially recommended if you are having issues)
- Install the files in this order, depending on which files you wish to install:
--Main ROM, Samsung Branding, Removed APKs, Odex Patch, Revmoved Odex APKs
- Restart your phone and enjoy.

P5110 is only wifi.
P5100 is wifi + 3g

I know that much already, but how much of the code is different??
For example, the difference between the 9305 and 9305T is mainly just the modem, is it a similar case here?
If that's the case, this IS compatible with P5110 as it doesn't flash a modem, only the boot.img (and ofcourse the rom itself)

Thanks for the feedback, atleast now I know its working on other models.
Since I only have the P5100 to test with it does make it hard to say whether or not it works on other models or not, but the way I designed the installer package I try to make it compatible (like not having a modem, recovery, or custom kernel).
One last thing, I think I may have gone a little crazy with removing APKs, just wondering if there are any I should restore back into the main package. I'm thinking MobilePrint.apk for starters.

Well so far I don't miss any apks, but the rom is just running for one hour or so.
I only wonder if the phone stuff has a negative influence on batterylife, since my tablet does'nt have a simcard?

Even though I have the P5100 I don't use a SIM either, I turn my I9305 into a WiFi Hotspot and use the internet from that when I'm on the road.
When I'm at home I just use my normal WiFi.

A lot of thanks for your efforts .. just a question ... does this ROM includes Samsung Arabic keyboard ? And can I receive Arabic messages normally ?
I dont want the menus to be Arabic ... just send and receive msgs

This rom works on both the p5110 and the p5100

It only has the english Samsung + Android Keyboards, no international ones sorry.
I would consider adding it, but one of my goals with TGP is to get it as clean as possible and remove most of the stuff that most people don't need.
However, if i get more requests for it in the future I will include it.
