I have got Samsung Infuse SGH-I997 USA - Non rooted
I m looking for widget like android tablet has -Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 or Xoom or Galaxy note
Email - can see last some emails and on click it opens related app ( yahoo,gmail etc)
Calender - Grid - on each box -it shows description of event
Weather - like samsung galaxy tab 10.1 -home page

any input will be great ( hope without rooting it will be possible)

Can anybody help me pls... i would like to have memo app from galaxy s 2 "ported" to galaxy note... i tried to copy app from rooted S2 to Note but i got message ... app can not be installed or something like that... pls help i love the memo from s2 and all the S memo on Note is boring
Try copying the memo apk to system/apps folder and rebooting phone.
Please understand that it may rely on additional framework that might not be available to the Galaxy note rom you are installing it on.

my two cents of advice,,,, know u can use the Smemo app as a Memo app as well ,,thr is a toggle 2 button thingi on the smemo app which allows it to behave like a Spen based memo app or a simple memo app ...
Hello I was wondering weather there are any Samsung apps (such ass the camera music player and messaging) as I really like them, slot better then the stock Google apps I have found a ported sgs3 TW launcher but can't find any other apps that have bin ported to the Samsung galaxy s, I am running the team ics ROM, any help would be appreciated

There is a mod for unlimited multitasking for the Note 10.1?
My question is because we can find a Mod for Galaxy Note 2:
Unlimited Multitasking Mod for Galaxy Note 2, Nexus 4 Android 4.2 System Dump
Multitasking works differently in the Note 10.1 from the Note 2. The way its implemented in the 10.1, you have to manually add code into the apk of each app before installing it. This way it'll show up in the 'multi window' menu.
Its not very practical because every time you update the app, the apk will get updated and the changes you made will be gone.
From what I understand, in the Note 2 its only a matter of adding all the apps to the separate Multitasking launcher they have.
Are there any hacks or cheats around that , to increase productivity?

For some reason, I fell in love with the new Play UI. If anyone shares the same feeling, please help me list down the apps that most of you use.
Here's how it should be:
- The app should be Holo themed (Dark or Light it doesn't matter)
- The app should have an Action Bar (The part where the Icon and App name is placed)
- The app shouldn't be in the list already.
The theme is for XTheme only! I will not and never support CM. Why? because I can't run an unstable ROM on my phone. Yes, I have a nexus 7 but I have to call too and I can't deal with the bugs while testif my theme.
Besides if CM is stable before I start working, maybe I'll reconsider. I'll start the theming this week but I'll be focusing on it after July 19. Stay Tuned!

Xtheme doesn't work on AOSP based ROMs. (Especially since it has its own theme chooser)

Maybe it'll work. I'm theming AOSP parts. But the APK itself will now install and apply using the system's theme chooser.
