OC causes an immidiate restart, and the settings are not set. Funny, because I had this same problem with Metallice's CM9 kernel.

I have the same issue
Going back to original CM10 Kernel

I'll build one that uses higher voltages, you could have devices with less tolerance...

Overclock works fine for me. No issues on this kernel so far. Nice work
Sent from my XT860 using xda premium

No issues
I love this kernel, stable, and graphics are butter smooth , thank you. How do i over clock my GPU btw ?

GPU is stock overclocked to 384MHz

Should i use setcpu for this kernel?

And how can i overclock to 1200 mhz?

PROFILES. Profiles change various settings of the governor based on various triggers.
Just use the performance section of settings. Down at the boftom, just above "about tablet"

I used system tuner to see how far I could lower my volts then created a script that runs at boot to set the voltages. You could also have system tuner do it for you on boot. I just like to make thing complicated :silly:

Thanks rohan, the issue was lulzactive governor causing the reboots after sleep. I am going to try and figure it out the issue because I want to add lulzactive to the governors.
Sweet! Something new to play with!
Does this kernel support sweep2wake and all of the other features of rohan.kernel?

Can anyone explain to me why Dirty Rom is in the Android Dev sub forum and not the OG Android Dev sub forum?
In the future, It might be a good idea to post which Linux kernel version each download is for, that way your users know, for sure, If the current nightly is compatible with your kernel. Just a thought!
I'm glad to see some variety beginning to crop up in the evita aosp kernel scene

For some reason this kernel didn't like my phone. Kept freezing no matter what governor I set it to.
Using interactivex kernel. For the past few hours seems really good and stable. I'll report more tomorrow. Latest cm10 nightly 11/19
Thanks for the kernel, exactly what I was looking for, a stock kernel with enhancements, no oc and excessive tweaks. Thanks man!

OC Kernel

Anyone who knows about of kernel for p3100 other than blackhawk. Works fine but heats my device.
Thanks in advance.
Sent from my GT-P3100 using xda app-developers app
OCing will overheat your device, cuz you are making the CPU do more than what it is supposed to do.
It ain't the kernel. Don't OC, if you can't handle the heat.
All current overclock/undervoltage enable kernel around here based on blackhawk's patch, ported from cmenard's 3.0.8 kernel source code for AOKP.
Thanks.
How about the 3.0.39 dhollmen kernel, it does not heat my device as much..

I'd give the AGNI PureCM/PureStock kernel a shot, its my preferred kernel at the moment, use whichever depending if your device is on stock based firmware and CM version if you're on a CM based rom, bundled with it is the Boeffla Config app, in this app you can adjust your core voltage, (if the undervolt settings here arent good enough, you can get an app like SetCPU to do it in) , also, you can set the GPU OC while you're at it, i run 1350mhz on my CPU and 512mhz on my gpu, smooth and snappy, hardy heats up, works like a charm, you might like it!

Update with support for non-NFC and more, see changelog!
Can anyone confirm, that GT-I9105 is booting and it works ?

First of all, thanks for doing this for such an unpopular device. Some wishes / suggestions here.
Would very much appreciate if you make the kernels CWM flashable, as suggested earlier here by someone else.
Possible to enable undervolting support? Would be interesting to experiment with both overclocking and voltage setups.

Hi,
I am also using Liquid smooth and Thunder zap 4.7.
I am using following settings:
1. Voltage table (As per preset - Installer gives us 2 options. select as per preset)
2. Governor - Ondemand for both CPU and GPU. (You can also try SmartMax governor for CPU included in thunderzap v4.7) both are good.
3. GPU under volt by 50 mv.
4. Frequency locked at 1026 MHz. (As I don't play much games, so it's sufficient)
I am also on Thunderzap. Undervolting by -62mv has not presented any freezes or restarts on CM11, might in fact try more. The SmartMax governor is doing miracles for both battery life and performance, especially if you tweak the settings a bit. Here you can get an idea about the them. The post is for the PMC governor, a variant of SmartMax but the settings can also aply to SmartMax.
