Requirements:
-ROOT.
-ClockWorkMod Recovery installed.
Installation:
1- Reboot into ClockWorkMod Recovery.
2- Backup your current ROM!
3- Do a Factory Reset/Full Wipe.
4- Go to Advanced and Wipe Dalvik-cache.
5- Install the ROM.

wifi turns off itself randomly every time i turn it on pin menu keeps popping up every 5 seconds and when i rebooted the phone it got stuck in a bootloop :S

Senki I have installed it 2 days ago. I made a full wipe, Fix permission, update everything, setcpu at 652/245, battery calibration, autokiller memory optimizer.
It still drains my battery. In 6 hours with wifi enabled and with not phone calls or something went to 80% !!! I have also tested the V3 and it didn't drain the battery so quickly. Can you try to update to v3? Also can you tell us which apps can we safely remove from that rom?

Jó rom,de nekem az ICS Launcher nagyon nem tetszik Látszik,hogy nem erre a felbontásra van kitalálva... Az ICS LWP is lagolt eléggé. Amúgy jó rom,a boot animáció nagyon tetszik
Főleg azért nem maradt fenn,mert Slyking romjánál szerintem jobb Cobaltum romja (itt megtalálod) és utólag feltehetem az ICS CM7 témát meg egyebeket

This is le gen dary bro's. Working great on my vodafone 845. Usb Tether not working and even though I select English in language and keyboard settings, most of it is english but when you press menu in home screen all the descriptive 'settings' menu is in Russian/Serbian? Otherwise it is the most amazing rom ever. You guys must have seriously burnt the midnight oil to come up with this. Thank you so much, I cannot tell you how stoked I am to have ics look and feel. And this is more than just a theme, it is smooth as ever. Thank you.

HOW TO: Install rom using ClockworkMod
WARNING: you need to have root and ClockworkMod
WARNING 2: this rom is for optimus 3D aka p920, don't try on other devices
1. Copy WaterBear v1.0 by [email protected] .zip to sdcard
2. Go to ClockworkMod (power button & vol down)
3. Make a Factory reset: wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition
4. Install zip from sd card,then select choose zip from sd card: select WaterBear v1.0 [email protected] .zip, finally yes
5. Your phone will reboot at the end of process.

i've put it on my sd card. shut phone down. hold down + Power, to get into recovery. wiped everything + dalvik cache and battery stats. then flashed the rom

did exactly the same. i configuere it, get a black screen than a reboot.
display shows green android an turns off...i push the power button, display turns on android shows...nothing happens

Easy. it'll fit easily on internal memory (low footprint) and it will (hopefully) run with the limited amount of ram on the g1. I'm working on it, and will start a new thread in G1 development when it's done.

Just Flash the ROM and change the language to English.
From the top of my head (I've changed to another ROM):
Click on the "Gears" icon to go in Settings, then look for the "Language" icon (the one that look like a paper with an 'A' on it) to change it to English.

This a great rom
-The English translation is still lacking (even after Update_EN).
-Some icons like android market are not converted to Iphone icons (EDIT: It converted upon restart)
-The battery drains fast
-There is the RTL issue (Right to Left)
-The video camera FCs

The launcher animations lag, though, even with overclocking. Also the toggle graphics are a little rough (black corners, clipping).
This must have been a lot of work.. how did you manage it? Did it take a long time to rewrite the framework and make a launcher etc.?

Downloaded the ROM multiple times but it fails to install using CWM. I think the error was invalid file or installation.
Has the main ROM file become corrupt?

I was making a stupid and n00b mistake.. i've been using it, and like it really well.. cant get very good results in benchmark tests, comparing with cm7 rc1, but is pretty stable, very smooth, the themes applied are great.. well just have to say thank you for your great work.. really would like to try other roms that you may create... if you would like someone to test them, feel free to PM me... by the way, i'm from Portugal.

What that fix fixing ?I flash this rom tonight,and i must say that it worked better that on CM 7 regular.Faster !But i have problem with language,its hungarian in some parts.I changed on english offcourse,but ex.in preferences still have in some places hungarian.It isnt some big problem,but...
@edit I installed that update,and after that i lost unlock ring(like picture in 1.st post),i have differente rings ,but can i back somehow rings like from picture.

i installed the rom on a friends phone and its working very well. for such a lowend phone its pretty fast.
i switched the language to German, but after that it is a mixture of german, english and some characters i can not recognize. seems to be your home language (hungarian ?). is there a way to get it at least completely english ?

go in recovery and try to format cache and wipe dalvik cache I think would help.If not try reflash again, AFTER you wiped cache and dalvik cache
mmm no italian language?! when I choose italian from the language selection menu' it goes in english lol
So .... the error appears when you turn on wifi in the initial setup, you just will not activate and setup proceeds.
I found a mix of menu , some in Italian and others in English
not good for the Italian people

the first think that i saw on this ROM is that my phone not working on 2g(no signal) i'm from Poland any soultion?
Rom link is working, just downloaded. Only thing if you're trying from your phone, you need to select option "Request desktop site" to be able to load the website
