Searching the Calendar - XPERIA X10 Themes and Apps

Hi... I've just been to a meeting and took my X10 with me to make notes (using 3 banana and SlideIT keyboard!)... We came to the "Future meetings" section and I realised that I couldn't "goto" a date in my calendar.. having to scroll through until I got to the date in question.. which was awkward and clumsy..
I've looked at the manual and it didn't help...
Does anyone know how to do this? or should I download a different calendar app instead?
Cheers.

Calendar behaviour

Hi,
I hope this is not a noob question but can anyone tell me why the calendar on the TF3D home screen always jumps to Day view?
It is sooo anoying. I set my calendar to start in Month view but it doesn't make any difference.
On the other hand when I run the calendar from Today agenda it stays in the Month view.
Also if I start it via Start->Programs-Calendar it starts in Month view.
Is the TF3D calendar somewhat different application? How can I set it up so it always start in Month view?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

"Seinfeld Calendar" app?

I'm looking for something similar to Streaks on iOS (I can't post links, so you Google "appshopper streaks" to see what I mean). Anyone know something similar?
would like also.
MyChain, Seinfeld Calendar, etc...
search these two on android market..... i like mychain because you can put 1x1 widgets on homescreen for each habit... and tap them once completed...
Thank you very much, I can't believe I missed all of these (and I did another search not more than 3 weeks ago!)

Launcher Pro Question

Hey guys, I have the paid version of Launcher Pro, the latest one. Is it just me or is this the same for everyone else?
When I click on a certain date on the calender widget, it freakin goes to the Agenda view rather then creating new event for that particular date I clicked on. WTH? Isn't that like common sense? Any input would be appreciated.
It's supposed to do that, yeah ... If you want to create an event, you just hit the little plus icon in the top right corner of the widget.
You'll have to set the event's date manually, but I think you'll survive.
yeah, i'll have to email the dev about this because it is very inconvenient. I have to manually set the date etc... it's just not "normal" Thanks for the answer.
its the feature from launcherpro actually...

Missing Buddy Widget after ICS Update

Hi,
since i updated to ICS there is no Buddy Widget on my Note.
Have anybody a idea to solve this?
Thx & Rgds
MyPass
Hey...glad i'm not alone with this, i also miss the buddy thing and can't stand the new one with the useless grey bar next to it.
That bar is even more useless cuz i don't use any social media platforms thus that grey bar only displays my contacts name, which i obvious already know...lol....
I found nothing similar in the market, nor am i able to use the old GB widget.
Been on it for a few days then gave up, so i'm curious if anybody has a good alternative or even better...managed to port the old GB one.
Seems to be we are alone ;-(
i´m still searching for a solution or replacement
Why don't you create a shortcut to your contacts?
Yes, the shortcut is possible, but the picture is only the half size in comparision to the buddy widget ;-(

[Q] Agenda Widget settings CyanogenMod9

it's been a long time since the last time i posted a question in this forum... but i do read it everyday since...2004
So. I'm on CyanogenMod9 (ICS 4.0.4) on GT 9100 (SGS2)
i put the classical widget of the calendar app in Cyanogen on one of my homescreen.
The pb is that one of the last nights , when i tryed to configure the widget, i found a menu, somewhere (i can't remember where) to manage the settings of the number of day to display in the widget : one day, 2 days, next 7 events etc...
I'm sure i saw that somewhere because at the beginning it was only one day displaying on the screen. After some search i managed to display 3 days !
I've been now searching for many hours... i can't revert back !
I don't want another widget, i just want to find where is the management of the display settings of the widget. It's just a question of curiosity now.
Tks for help
