[Q] Problem Gen.Y Dualboot

I'm really, really sorry if i posted this in the wrong section or what else.
I'm having problems using the Gen.Y dualboot system on my kaiser, I installed the CAB for the HTC Kaiser.
It works... but only when opening the bootmanager when Windows Mobile 6.1 is already booted, there is no way to first load the bootmenu from Gen.Y and then choose to boot Windows Mobile or Android.
The Android is installed correctly and the registry is set well to boot from the Andboot map on my SD card so there's no problem booting android.
It's just that the bootmanager doesn't startup when turning on the phone.
(I'm running Eclair 2.1g Polymod Light-Themed)
I hope someone can be of help and i really appreciate whoever even thinks of answering a possible solution.

[Q] Problem about my HTC HD2 ???

Hello there
I bought htc hd2 second hand with windows 6.5 installed on it, but i did not like it so i followed some tutorial here in how to install android. i did that and i never been happier, however i was surprised when i run out of buttery and my device shutdown then recharge it and turn it on there was windows again and i had to do all the process again to lunch android system which drove me crazy because all the app's i already downloaded and installed on SD card were not working any more ...
So i have a few questions hopefully someone can help:
1. Is there any way i can uninstall windows from my HTC HD2 permanently and replace it with Android ?
2. If not How can i help my app's from getting lost?
3. what is the best way to back up my files and data before doing any thing new to my device?
4. since i am new to this system can any one explain to me what is the different between android, mglader and nand ? and what is latest version of Android?

installing WP SDK7.1

hi! i always fail to install SDK7.1 on my laptop..what could be wrong? i have Win7 ultimate 32 bit, ram and disk space are more than sufficient, i did not install visual studio 2010. but when i install WP SDK7.1, i always get an error... please help.. what are the real requirements of WP SDK7.1?
iamwin, i never had problem, but here is the official link from microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=27570
but what i guess is that you should install first Windows Phone Developer Tools:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=13890
and then SDK.
hope it helps.
Best regards.
thanks!! i'll try to install the WPDT.
EDIT: i've successfully installed WPDT, now im able to deploy xap files without uploading them in the internet. currently im installing my freshly downloaded WPSDK7.1 iso. I hope this will work flawlessly too
i have managed to install SDK7.1! thanks for the help

Hello
I am 100% NEWB

I have a HTC HD2 on 02 network
I have installed HSPL4, MAGLDR 113_DAF, Radio_LEO_2.15.50.14
I have on phone now a MAGDLR V1.13

I believe I no longer have an operating system on the phone, it only boots to the black screen with 12 options
I want to use the NAND option to set up new operating system
I have downloaded DFT_LEO_NAND_ANDROID, but when I run this I get an error, Read me.txt for this release is missing so it wont run
I have tried downloading a few other files with rom in but they wont load and I cant find the install.exe or DAF files to run them
NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich_Beta10.zip
HD2 Android\Dorimanx-Rom-3.1.9-Nightly-277-All-in-One.zip
HD2 Android\HyperDroid-CM7-Observant-Opossum -v5.9.0-cLK-magldr-signed.zip

Ubuntu Touch Installing possibility onto HTC ONE S

Hi . it will be appreciated if somebody offer me a step by step tutorial about installing Ubuntu Mobile onto HTC ONE S , please .
i found some instruction that says only nexus devices are allowed to install OS .
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Install
but in this link they said that :
"Ubuntu Touch supports audio, video, and connection hardware on your device, and runs its Linux kernel from a very basic version of CyanogenMod 10.1 from which elements that aren’t necessary on Canonical’s system have been removed, such as Dalvik, the process virtual machine that runs apps on your Android device. All you need to do is customize a ROM for your device by following the instructions on the Ubuntu Wiki"
