What themes, if any will work on my sprint hero running modaco 1.1?
Sorry if I missed something I looked in the themes and applications sub-forum but I want to be careful before taking the plunge. lol

Ok what are the pros and cons of each?
I've swung between the 2 of them and i can't decide which one to stick with
cyanogen's great but i really like the keyboard that comes on the hofo rom... also hofo is designed off the rogers rom where cyanogen's off the t-mobile rom (right?)
so cyanogen vs hofo GO!
Both the android keyboard and the HTC keyboards are included in Cyanogens, you can switch between them both.
Also wrong forum dude, this has been reported. XDA mods GO!

Yes there is. Check out the custom themes and mods sticky at the top of our CDMA Hero Sub Forum (aka this forum) there are some guys already doing that there.

Here's the link to the sticky thread... just search it. I think someone even posted the changed notification icons so you can make your own mod if you were inclined and are capable to do so.

Ok I have ported Espresso to the 2.1 Eris build
It will change the 3g to EV in the taskbar
Has Espresso Rosie and Espresso Lockscreen

I am looking for alternate themes for eViL's desire port. Preferably something with his old-style launcher from the second version of his rom.
I have seen the ones that are currently available on these forums, and (no offense to the creators) I don't really like them.
Can I just go and get a desire theme and use metamorph to apply it, or do the themes have to be tailor made to his roms?
At this point, 110 people have read my post. That leads me to believe that other people want some more themes as well.
If that is the case... Please post in this thread, as some talented people will probably see that there is a demand and make us some themes!

I've been frequenting this section of the forum a lot, but I've had a hard time finding some that are for Fresh. Is there another term i should be looking for. I see some that say work with CM or something else. But not often have I seen a theme for Fresh.
Is there a lack of themes for this rom or is there broader term for compatible themes?
Check out Nebenezer's 2.1 only catalog in the sticky section of this forum. You will find some nice mods and themes.

I'd like to start doing themes and what not, mainly for aosp 2.2 ROMS just cuz there my favorite, the main thing I want to try and recreate is the Droid X I just love the look so clean in my opinion, what all do I need? I'm not good with adb or the sdk, I could try to learn if someone is willing to walk me through it. What is the easiest yet most affective way to make/port them. Thanks in advance

Yayy for getting hated on for trying to be somewhat useful -_-' I have skimmed through the themes and apps forum and didn't find much other than the theme injector and the sticky had no link to actually creating. And so far every question I've asked in q&a gets ignored

If you haven't found an answer, you haven't searched. Hint: there is a section that has "theme" in the title. I'd start there
