extract the rom file into and folder and copy the attached file after extracting it the the rom folder to upgrade it

Can anyone tell me how to edit a cab file becoz i want to edit Kaspersky Antivirus's CAB File so i can remove the license agreement frm it so that Kaspersky's CAB can be used in a Extended ROM.

The question is : how i can work on this ? which tool is suitable for opening and changing it's content ?
I don't find any program that can do this ...

hello everybody.
i really need v4 khalpowers Rom or any other swap enabled ROM , but all of links in this site and in the another sites are broken (in fact i cant download it from multiupload site). if anybody can upload this Rom to another site like uploadboy, mediafire or any other file sharing sites I'll be grateful to him/her. thanks in advanced.
